I am very upset with how the manager handled my situation.
I placed an online order and my coworker went and picked it up for us, like we do ALL the time. This time the experience was much different though..
We ordered the DEAL 2 sandwiches 2 sides 2 drinks 4 tenders and 2 dipping sauces When my coworker came to the office we opened the clear bag which had 2 brown bags in it. In each bag was a sandwich and mac n cheese. we were like hey where are the tenders and sauces... So I drove to KFC where the order was picked up and the MANAGER was very RUDE... I explained what had happened and she said that she personally packed our order and she knew she put everything in there and she was not gonna give me the missing items ... one worker even told me that I would have to contact door dash to get it resolved and I said no I won't because this was not a door dash order... Finally after me standing there for about 15 minutes from start to finish the nice lady worker that works the counter handed me my 4 tenders and sauces and I left and came back to work to eat my food finally which by now everything is cold because of all of this... but hey thank you to sweet woman that was willing to help and provide actual customer service... the manager however I feel like she could use a training class in how to interact with people, I watched her talk with customers and she was so pleasant but with me, a woman who had a legit issue with her order, she was very curt and rude. I personally will not be ordering from that particular KFC... She made me feel like I was lying and out to get extra food when in actuality I just wanted the food that I had paid for. Customer Service and Good Food is what keeps the customers coming back and paying her paycheck and she needs to be reminded of that....

All I could think when trying to eat this trash was “why the hell did they have to shut down Popeye’s in my area?!””
This is hands down the most piss poor example of “food” I’ve ever wasted my money on. For one night I wanted to pick up some food for my kids instead of making dinner due to being exhausted from work. The chicken was old, the fries had to have been sitting out for hours and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Actually rocks would have been an improvement. How hard is it to serve chicken seriously?? Don not spend your money at this location. The only thing that was decent was the sweet tea. I’ll eat a mayonnaise sandwich before I spend money here again. Pathetic. And I NEVER leave reviews if that says anything!

It's 6:30 PM and dark outside. Their logos aren't lit, including the street sign and on the sides of their building. The drive-through menu isn't lit up, no one answering the speaker; and yet they're open and you find out they'll take your order after driving to the second window.

Just left this location. Ordered from the drive thru about 445 after I got off work. I was asked if I wanted original or crispy. I asked for mixed $22 meal and then was told they only had original. Fine. Got home and my biscuits were hard as bricks. I attempted to call the restaurant but no one ever answered. Disappointed is the word.

On 9-24 2024 went here put in my order for two two peace meals told me $24.00 & some change not sure what they were selling but sure I could of bought four whole chickens for that price… service sucked & pricing really SUCKED!!!!

food is great here, but we ordered our food in the drive through and they told us to pull around. We waited about 15-20 minutes and eventually went inside and asked for our food. They said they had forgotten about our food. very poor behavior as one of their workers came out of their building and picked up a cigarette off of the floor right at the entrance of the restaurant And started smoking in the door way.

I ordered a family meal online from this KFC on May 26,2024 around 4:00 pm and because everyone serving was trying to get off early they cancelled my order. The driver was there to pick up the order and they said it was cancelled. The cancellation was not showing on my app nor the driver's. The time for closing was at 10.30pm.

When I open the package, they included biscuits aswell which is suuuuupeeeerrrrr aaammmmaazing. I recommend this KFC to everyone and I will always be back because they’re so nice and I don’t have friends so that’s always GREAT ??

I have been a regular customer of the KFC on Forsyth Drive for almost 2 years, but no more. I just paid $9 for a strips meal. I’ve never seen chicken like this, burned coating and too tough to eat. Not one piece was edible! I ended up eating mashed potatoes for my dinner! I bought my dinner around 5pm and thought it would be fresh! I see why I was the only customer! Whoever owns this location should be ashamed!!!
