I've visited this kfc two separate times. Each time it was a horrible experience. I thought maybe I'm a karren and it's just me so I read some reviews. LOL. Wow o Wow. This place has a management issue no questions asked. The staff is rude and untrained. When will this ownership wake up and get the right management and employees in place. They have destroyed your restaurant. Popeyes by Publix has a great staff!
The service was so unbelievably rude and obnoxious that both times I visited I left without even placing and order.

This place is a joke. Rude and obnoxious staff coupled with just an over the top rude and disrespectful manager. I have attempted to visit this location only two times, but on both occasions I never even received food. The first time I had them refund my money after a complete failure to take a simple order. They charged me and then came back and wanted to charge me again for things they clearly missed on the first go around. Then the manager got all huffy and puffy so I told her just to return the entire sale I would not be dining at this location. The second time I tried thr drulivr thru and was an equally bad experience where I just drove off on their sorry and rude self. Do your self a favor and dine elsewhere.

Twice now we have waited an inordinate amount of time for our order only to find out it wasn’t what we ordered. The excuses the mgr gave this time were - we are out of white meat, - we were having a health inspection, - we’re still waiting for your white meat (it takes 16 min to cook). We’ve been waiting half an hour and had to settle for dark In lue of white. Ridiculous. All we received truly were lame excuses and not what we’re used to from KFC.

The worst service I have had. Waited 10 minutes for chicken in the drive thru. Rude staff, when I pulled up I was asked what I wanted. Crew is just hanging out texting away. Will go to Publix for chicken.
First time eating KFC chicken that had no taste just salty, very odd, it wasn't me because I had to use a ton of ketchup and I could taste that just fine.

Drive through...my order was wrong..I tried to tell her something wasn't right with the price...she just ignored it..and yes it was wrong...plus I think the chicken was old...tough..smh...I just picked over it? ..I ate mainly the coleslaw...smh..ridiculous I don't think I'll return....I have ibs..have to be careful or be sick

I’ve tried giving the Tom Hill Sr Blvd location chance after chance but same results. No matter if ordering online or at location the results are the same. Either having you to pull in the parking lot and wait forever or order inside and wait forever. And I’ve multiple excuses all different in why… The way the employees address you is pathetic but I don’t blame them because it starts from the very top..
If they get your order right, the food is great! Everyone that works there seems to be miserable and angry that you came in. I don’t understand it. Service is horrible but the food is good if they get the order correct!!
