Early November of this past year I had a very special friend come into town to spend time with me and I took her to Krispy Kreme and the server was not friendly we could not go inside they did not give us napkins the donuts were not fresh and the girl at the drive-thru was not nice at all nor did we get forks and she was very unfriendly and I'm so angry and embarrassed and I'll never go back to that location ever

I bought the new pop tart donut and it wasn't good it was not fresh the hot light sign was on but my dough nuts wasn't I bought 6 and we didn't like them I don't know where the pop tart taste was at but it wasn't there

Purchased some Grinch donuts on Christmas Eve (photo on left) and they forgot to add the star on the tree donut and the grinch on the other donut.not going to start about the grinch face. Two weeks ago the donuts came out great photo on the right. What happened this week? Very disappointing.

Restaurant tales no walkinside, drive threw only. When trying to place my order the workers were playing around. How I know this is bcs you could hear them over the speaker. I understand co workers need to have a good relationship bcs I've managed Restaurants half of my life. When someone arrives to place an order all goofing off should stop. Instead they carried on horse playng and femal had to ask again what I wanted to order. Donuts were amazing but service was horrible.
