Restaurant tales no walkinside, drive threw only. When trying to place my order the workers were playing around. How I know this is bcs you could hear them over the speaker. I understand co workers need to have a good relationship bcs I've managed Restaurants half of my life. When someone arrives to place an order all goofing off should stop. Instead they carried on horse playng and femal had to ask again what I wanted to order. Donuts were amazing but service was horrible.
I used to love Krispy Kreme. I just dunno if it's the locations around here or the employees! They are so unpleasant it's off putting! A smile or even a thank you go a long way with me! The hiring manager needs to be a bit more choosey with who they hire! The prices are reasonable, with just mediocre decorating......
Can't really say atmosphere as they are not allowing customers inside. Need better signage for entering and exiting the building. It is only one way to get through drive thru, the drive does not go around building.
