Kroger is located where there are multiple businesses which is difficult to find ample parking space. The shelves are mostly empty, especially the frozen section. I have also noticed their prices are higher than Publix and Walmart. I buy Harmless Harvest coconut water, usually for ten dollars, but at Kroger, it is $11.59. On the other hand, the staff is relatively amicable and resourceful; the parking lot is empty of food carriages meaning there are plenty of carts available for shopping.

I’m disappointed in Kroger. I’ve shopped here since they opened their Loganville store. It used to be great and so convenient. and although we rarely need pharmaceuticals, when we did, they were there! But then ( even before Covid) the pharmacy lines stretched all the way to the door. and today when I needed drugs for double pneumonia, I found out they close at 5! But that’s not all- stay away from their simple truth cleaning products! I try to buy green products and use natural products but their toilet cleaner top leaked, and when I placed it on my new marble vanity, it ruined it! And they don’t seem to care to do anything about it, or even offer any advice as to what I can do. Plus their veggies need much to be desired lately. Sorry Kroger, where I used to make you my 1 stop shop you’re now my last minute only shop.

My wife was overcharged at this Kroger today. She showed “customer service” her receipt, and instead of refunding her money they charged her *again*, then were condescending in telling her she was wrong it was a refund. My wife gave up and called Kroger corporate who pulled up her receipts online and saw the store’s mistakes immediately. They issued a store credit and apologized. Meanwhile the people at this store are still rude, condescending and incompetent.

It's an older store. They really need a renovation. It's a very busy location. The have a self serve check out section which makes checking out quick and easy. The bathrooms are filthy. The people who work here were very nice to me.

Poor customer service!! Pharmacy and deli especially. And the guy who was supposed to be gathering carts. And the manager couldn't care less!!

In writing an email to Kroger’s corporate office my last statement was that I would post what happened to my Mother while shopping in their Macon, Baconsfield location. On Thursday, 12/17, between 4:30 & 5:00, my Mothers wallet and a small zipper carrying case were stolen from her purse. We accept there was an error on my Mother’s part by not zipping up her purse and are aware there is nothing Kroger can do about it. However, the treatment she received from one of the manager

I have a government issued paper ID and the store manager wouldn’t let me buy tobacco products. The ID I have allowed me to fly across the country with zero problems but I wasn’t ALLOWED to purchase. I’m 31, 13 years older than the legal age. I bought the same products the previous day. Blasphemy!
