The EBT payment system was down. No notice at the self checkout. So you check out all of your groceries and then am told you have to find another means of payment. This does not suffice. CS claimed they posted a sign on the front door. Personally, I don’t look for or read signs while walking in the door and did not notice a sign. Nor did the 3 other EBT patrons behind me. When I requested signage at checkout, I was disregarded. I’m a long time customer, until today. Looking for a friendlier place to shop in my neighborhood.

GROCERY PICK-UP: There are a couple of employees who lack customer friendliness. Honestly, it’s to the point where it can feel awkward as if the employee is purposely ignoring everything that you are saying. I realize this service is free, however, I always tip! The remaining staff is friendly and polite. I always hold my breath and hope that one of the friendly employees will be bringing out my groceries! When I do get the employees that ignore me, it can definitely turn my entire day sour! It’s sad when there are other people who want jobs and you have people who obviously don’t want to work for Kroger! Each time this happens to me, I tell myself that I’m not going to come back but we have no other grocery pick up near us. So very sad that we have to put up with such an awkward situation picking up our groceries! 😡😡

Great selection of bread, meat, cheese, and other delights for a spread instead of cooking.
The last several times we have done the pick list they have left several items off. The last two trips I got out to see if the items were truly out of stock. Both times every item they did not pick was actually in stock. There’s no telling how much the stuff is costing Kroger overall by just laziness. We’ve spent our last dollar at the Hartley Bridge Kroger. Tried speaking with a manager and they told the cashier to handle my problem that she did not have time. I believe her name was Sharon, didn’t have time byr yet it was 9pm and maybe 20 customers in the store.

Can’t keep it stocked!! Always out of everything....I drive to another town 15 minutes away bcause this one 5 minutes away can’t keep ANYTHING stocked!! Never more than ONE register open....besides self checkout.
