I gave a one star because I can't gave a zero. The two young ladies that was on duty serve me some raw food . Didn't check the food , did not find out until I got all the way home . Need to be given a zero ( f ) and close down. This was on November the 28th.

This was by far the nastiest Kyrstal restaurant that my husband and I ever encountered. We had a meeting in Macon,Ga on Thursday night of this week. First of all the establishment was really dirty. The employees were babysitting their children there. The food looked like it was cooked last week. The associate that waited on us looked like she just got out of bed. A red light should have gone off but we were hungering for a Krystal Hamburger. Something needs to be done about your employees and the cleanliness of your establishment. Mr.&Mrs. William Smith. I had to give them 5. Courtney and Kaiden took and prepared my food. I came here to eat lunch with my daughter. It was hot inside and Courtney offered my daughter some cold water while we ate. She was very nice and helpful. They in there working with no AC so I hope yall give them a raise. This location been lasting since before I was born And yall ain’t renovated anything but I can say my food was hot and fresh.

I came twice today. First came was told 15 min wait on the burgers so I drove off to come back 2 hours later with the same response. I've been coming here since a child and yap have turned this place into where no one wants to come. I will go out my way to drive to another establishment.

This has to be the most disgusting excuse for food, ever!! And, Krystal, takes money to serve this, stuff! First, this teaspoon of mystery meat, smashed as thin as the napkins. What mustard has no taste? Walmart's Great Value would be better. I can excuse the dried onion flakes, just add water and shake! Now, let's talk about this stuff in a cup called a milkshake. Just, nasty!! Taste like it was made in a nasty container, mixed with a nasty blender and served in a nasty cup? I through $8.64, in the trash!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered an hour before they closed and they accepted my order through DoorDash I stood in my home waiting an hour for the order to be compleaded and and as the DoorDash driver is going to pick up my order krystals cancel my order and I even though I made the order an hour ago and waited an hour I did not receive my order my order was canceled and I wasted money Do not order from crystals for they deliberately suck

This Krystal is awful do not go here. They didn't have full meat patties on the Krystal burger. And I had to wait for 20 minutes for a sack full of 12 and I wanted a chilli cheese fries and they said the chillies wasn't ready yet. So I didn't get them. It was at 11:30 when I ordered and still waited 20 minutes for my order.
