My wife and I sit and wait for over 20 minutes on our food just for the cashier to come out and say they didn't have any chilly. I asked why she waited so long to let me know this place didn't have chilly. Her stupid response was ummm I don't know, I don't work in the kitchen. Now 35 min have went by still waiting on food and nothing. This place sucks. I will not be back

I made an on line order. Was supposed to be ready 2:48 however I got there and they had not even started my order. Then I got home and no fries in the bag. The krystals were horrible. Did not taste like Krystal. I was so disappointed.

At 6 PM, I sat in the drive-through for five minutes at the sign and no one took my order. I am the only car in the parking lot. I looked in the window as I pulled away and donât see any people in there at all, not even employees. It looks like the place is abandoned at 6 PM despite the signs being on and saying open. Had to go somewhere else.

Every time I come to this establishment, they are acting like they are closed. I have pictures and time stamps to prove that they are inside, but ignoring the whole drive through. At this point, itâs giving they donât want to work or the closing time is incorrect. I wonât be back.

I just want to take a moment to brag on the night shift at Krystalâs last night. Honestly, itâs been a while since Iâve eaten there because the service had fallen off and the food wasnât great. But last night? Completely different story.
The service was friendly, the food came out hot, fresh, and fast â a solid 10/10! đ I even like the new styrofoam cups, though I do miss the plastic steamer bags.

I am not one to make a bad review, but I came through around 10:10pm today (September 15th) and I was in the middle of ordering. i got a regular number one meal. I was halfway done mentioning the meal and they just said pull around. I told her I wasnât done and she said âPull aroundâ again. I did, as soon as I get to the window I hear a whole bunch of laughing from the workers and them saying âyou told her to pull around?â it took about 5-8 minutes for them to acknowledge me and when they did, didnât even know what I ordered. I told them what i ordered and they just kept asking me to repeat it over and over again. It was just a number one meal, plain, with a dr pepper to drink and some ketchup packets on the side. I also never got my drink with the meal which Im sad about. I waited at the window for another 10 minutes to get it. Anyway, sorry. Kinda long but Im sad and feel like I was getting made fun of in a way if that makes sense?

Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else the rudeness and nasty attitudes of their employees tops all I've ever seen ! Sat at the speaker with no greeting until I just pulled to the window at almost 9 am their excuse was I just got here ion know đ then waited forever for cold food đ«©
