Over $33 for 6 bacon and cheese Krystal's and 4 chic with cheese 2 tots. Had to wait 15 minutes at drive thru, food was horrible the Krystal's chick was no more then a chicken nugget on a bun. And there was no meat hardly the bacon cheese Krystal the bacon was thicker than the meat and half of the meat was gone. Will never go back

Very rude cold food and sat in the parking lot from the drive thru with my daughter otw to her all star tournament from softball and we were almost late we left 30 minutes early because we knew how bad traffic would be over all I give it a zero cold nasty food.

I’ve been to this location twice in the last month. The first time I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins and the line never moved. Went back about 2 weeks later and I pulled right up to the area where you place your order and was greeted by someone telling me that there was a 30 minute wait on Krystal’s. So disappointing. Get your act together!!!

Manager was very rude I sat in the drive-thru from 12: 10pm till 1230. The food was cold the patty meal only had one piece of meat on it and when I let her know she argued with me about it. Sorry service and she offered to remake it after giving me attitude but the fact that I wasted my whole entire break sitting in the drive-thru is just ridiculous.

We placed an order through the app at 11:15 pm on Friday, Dec 6, 2024. The order was 12 cheese Krystals, 2 jalapeño Patty melts, chili cheese tots, and jalapeño chili cheese fries. We pull up to the 6 at 11:22. Two cars in front of us. We finally pull up to the window at 1130. She said they had to cook the Patty melts....ok, not already started?? Anyways, ok cool, we park. 30 dag-um minutes later she walks up with our order. The Patty melts are ice cold like they were sitting in the fridge. Bread and all. Told the lady about it and she just apologized, saying she saw the cook drop the patties and she didn't know why they were cold. , probably because he dropped them when the order came in 45 minutes prior and then they sat there. This is by far the worst food experience I have had

I was on my way back to Atlanta I was pleasantly surprised with the Krystals on Zebulon Road. The service was great, I was in the drive thru line. The young lady even suggests an apple pie! It was soooo good.

This was a disappointing visit to Krystal. 1. I requested a #1 Combo with no cheese. But the buns were dry and crispy, no doubt from sitting around, and they all had cheese on them. 2. I got fresh French fries but had to wait several minutes for them. 3. The manager unlocked the door on the right side of the restaurant to let me in and to let me out.
