Horrible customer service. Ordered online and email said ready in 20 minutes. Got to the drive thru window and had to blow the horn repeatedly. Decided to call inside as well, could hear the phone start ringing and heard the workers say “oh no.” Needless to say they didn’t answer the phone. After another few rounds of blowing the horn eventually someone came to the drive thru window. They told me that they were really backed up and the order wouldn’t be ready for like 10 minutes. I asked if she just put it in the oven because 10 minutes is how long it takes when I don’t have a pre paid online order. She said yes we just put it in the oven. I asked for a refund and the attitude intensified of course… this is worst fast food restaurant on earth…

This place has some good workers who make it worth your time to go get food. Good people, I love the lunch combo. Not a sit-down place. It has a drive-thru! This is the Baconsfield location which shares a parking area with Kroger, so don't be surprised at the wait.

Always friendly customer service from the cashiers! Food comes out hot and ready. May have to wait for wings but it won't take to long. Not to crowded whenever I go and I go here often. At least once maybe 2x a week..

It took about 30 minutes longer than expected. Ke'niyah (I hoped I spelled her name right) was the lone cashier that literally whipped through 18 orders in the lobby plus another eight in the drive thru BY HERSELF with professionalism, courtesy, and a great smile! The chefs in the kitchen just couldn't keep up with her pace!
Waited for 45 minutes for one pizza and an order of wings. I asked for my money back and the customer representative said I would have to wait. I waited another 20 minutes. LaToya was being so difficult, I had to call the police to get my money back. She wanted me to wait for that too. Please remove her or closed the window service because the two people working can’t manage both and they are mad and blaming the customers for just showing up to order.
