I couldn't get our company card to go thru on online portal. I asked if I could just place order over phone and they weren't helpful at all. What type of pizza place doesn't take call in orders. She said that it wasn't her problem and to try a different card.

Little ceasars on pio Nono in Macon Georgia has by far the worst customer service gave out an order before mine and after mine but was too busy to give mine… my pizzas sat boxed up for 10 mins before they were given to me just sitting NOT in a hot box she threatened to come across the counter and fight bc she didn’t want to give me my order and it wasn’t even complicated you stopped your “job” and handed out 2 orders but couldn’t give me and my kids are food talking about it wasn’t her fault it was sitting getting cold but wanted to fight about it

Me and my wife had ordered two pizzas one pepperoni and one Hawaiian as well as crazy bread and the new cheesy puffs. the pepperoni pizza and the cheesy puffs came burnt and both pizzas were so spicy when they were not supposed to be that we were not able to eat them. We spoke to a manager over the phone shortly after getting our order home and she said that she would allow us to get a new order and we asked if it would be okay to get it the next day and she said yes. Upon arriving there all we experience was rudeness nastiness and foul language from the manager that was there at the time of us being there and denied the order we were promised the day before and called us liars and said she made those pizzas. Very highly unsatisfied with this situation

When shopping for a pizza, you should order it first and on your way to go get it,it should be ready and you can go as quick as I said that.now you go there and order you may be waiting for a few extra minutes cause very many people love there pizza.
This little Caesars is freaking horrible ? The pizza was over cooked and super bare. The staff was short with me and didn't seem to have any customer service skills whatsoever. Please don't waste your hard earned money here

This is one of my go-to spots in town for a quick and inexpensive lunch to carry back to the office. (Disclosure... This location is not for the faint of heart or sheltered suburbanite!!!) I never call ahead here or put in a mobile app order. I always walk in to place my order. For one, it ensures that my order is correct and comes out hot. Secondly, it allows time for the inevitable entertainment from either the staff or the patrons. It seems like there is always some type of small drama going on! They serve good food at a low price in a gritty part of town with very few options, so there is always a crowd. BUT!.!.!. in the end, you will get a damn fine pizza for 7 bucks!!!

I visited about a week ago and the food and service was absolutely amazing compared to today, the pizzas are burned, the Italian cheesy bread isn't cooked all the way, my code didn't work so I had to wait for an employee to emerge, and the service and atmosphere where absolutely horrible, I will say I didn't recognize anyone there today but it was horrible!

It's Little Caesars, you order, go in, get your food, go home, enjoy. Pizzas and wings are served hot and taste great. Service for the most part is done well. It gets busy at times so the attention sometimes isn't there. That's understandable though. Overall, great for a quick pizza and wings.
