My baked potato was burned and hard like it had been sitting out to long or reheated, broccoli was not cooked thru and I asked for cheese to be melted and not. Hard bread with cold butter. Good was an upset for my first visit but the service was great!!

Well we eat here often but my last time there everything was good but couldn’t eat all my delicious steak so I ask for a carry out to take home to eat later on but I left on the table. I got home about 15 minutes away so I called back and wasn’t a pleasant conversation with person who answered the phone didn’t even care so I am going to wait awhile before going back now. My ticket was over $75.00 then with a $10.00 cash tip it was my husband birthday dinner too.

Wonderful salmon & asparagus!

The restaurant smells awful. Took forever to get served. Asparagus was drenched and soggy. Not edible. Salmon was awful.
Silverware are filthy. No bueno.

Place was absolutely trashed when we walked in door with garbage all over the floor right as you walked in. There may have been 5 tables in the entire dining room with people sitting at them. 1 of the 5 people at the host stand asked us if we wanted to sit at a hightop at nearly full small bar area, thought that was strange as nearly entire dining room was empty. Said we wanted a table, again thought it was strange when he said they had to clean a table and it would be a few. Sure enough, ALL of the empty tables were dirty and stayed dirty for the entirety of our stay. Server was very nice and did her job well. We ordered drinks and the other 2 in my party used the restrooms(mens & womens). Each came out and questioned if we should leave and couldnt believe how disgusting they were. We decided at that point we were not eating there, paid the bill, drink our beers and get out asap

I order from this place often but I think they may have changed cooks because my medium well Outlaw steak was very well done, I asked for no cheese on my salad and I have cheese on it. Really poor service tonight. No one likes to pay over $30 for a tough steak. I was just too tired to go back after working 12 hours and to think I tipped ahead of time for this.

If I could give them no stars I would. A few friends and I went to celebrate my niece's birthday on 01/07.The service was horrible. First of all they had one person serving a party of 15. The waitress (Whitney P.) was horrible. She was obviously new whereas I have been to this location many times over the years and I've never seen her. I told her I was ready to order, she refused to take my order until everyone decided on a drink. Which took 45 min! She brought the others who ordered appetizers cold food. My niece ordered wings and fries. Took her 30 minutes to bring the wings. No fries. When asked to take the fries off since they were not given. She refused. Food was mediocre at its best. I will never step foot inside of this Longhorn. Since management has changed this location has went down hill!

This place is not staffed properly. Went there on a snow day. Despite being open there were exactly 3 staff. Was told about a 20 min wait when we arrived, we waited 35 mins and that wait time crept up to 2 hours.
Customers were coming in but they could not handle the ones they had.
We left and went to Texas Roadhouse down the road. Despite them being understaffed there they had no wait and we got our food very quick.

My husband and I went there for lunch. Got seated immediately. Service was very good. They took care of us immediately. They were sensitive to my husband‘s allergies of eggs and dairy, and made sure to make note of it.
We both ordered hamburgers, got mine with a side of French onion soup and he got french fries with his. The burger was cooked as expected, medium well. The only problem I had with the burger was the lettuce they put on it a lot of broken pieces with hard centers, so I removed it and took it off my burger and put it on the side . The soup was hot and good.

Dietary restrictions: You can order the hamburger with no butter no mayonnaise and no cheese to cover you as far as allergies for eggs and dairy go.
