It is a bar with food. The service was acceptable. When we tried to order dessert, we were told that the kitchen was closed, which was disappointing. The menu was very limited. It was a happy place, and people were enjoying themselves. I would not go for dinner again.

The food at Loom is consistently top notch. The food is always well-prepared, perfectly seasoned, and presented well. Additionally, it is good value for the money. This restaurant is truly one of Macon's hidden gems. I have always had reservations, so I have never had difficulty being seated. However, whenever I have been, it is never busy. I cannot believe that this place isn't always packed.

30 min to get drinks. 1.5 hr to get dinner. Not busy on a Tuesday night. No apologies from server who acted like we were the problem. Still got a great automatic tip for large party. Never saw a manager or chef for all the problems and poor service. BTW, the plain Jane burger was terrible. Go get a quarter pounder with cheese, it will be better. Do better! We will NEVER be back.

This restaurant is dead, the service stinks and the staff are rude. The food is mediocre. I ordered a hamburger and the bun seemed like it came from Kroger and was soggy. We ate at 7 pm and there were only two other guests in the restaurant. When our food came, we were the only ones in the restaurant, and the servers looked around to see where the food went. We will not be back. Sad because Macon needs more restaurants.

The live music was Way too loud. Could not hear the person sitting next to you. We did ask if it could be turned down and they would not.

The service by Alex was above and beyond expectations. The food was of good quality and very tasty. I highly recommend the salmon and eggs Benedict and the corned beef hash. The atmosphere was bright, clean and cheerful.

I shouldn’t have to track down my server for a check & togo boxes after asking for it. I’d completely understand if the restaurant was slammed but there was 2 tables with a single guest.
This was our second time for brunch, and while the food was absolutely delicious I’m not sure we will be back because of service.

We were excited to have a nice date night in Macon and left very underwhelmed with our experience. Not only did service take a long time, but when the food did arrive it was cold and lacked in flavor. I couldn't finish eating the majority of my food and ended up leaving without having dinner. We will not be returning.
