M & M's Sandwich and Pastry Shop

Very disappointed with this sandwich shop! We waited 38 minutes for 2 sandwiches. There was 1 customer ahead of me, so it was not busy in the restaurant. My sandwich was finally brought out and this is what I saw when I opened it. My sandwich had cheese on it - when I specifically asked for none and the cashier repeated it back. When I asked about the cheese, the worker in the back came out to me and my fiancé and word for word said “okay so pull it off. If I take it in the back I’m not making a new one. I will just pull the cheese off and give you the same sandwich”. I was shocked and disappointed. Worst customer service and not friendly at all. Also the “sourdough” (doesn’t look like a sourdough roll to me) was soggy. Will never go back.

The club sandwich is delicious...My son had the Caesar wrap and he said he loved it..the gooey bars...soft and gooey...Customer service was above excellent..The young lady accommodated my every need...I will be back and sending people. Great Job!!

Everything I got is Absolutely delicious. I got one of everything. ❤️??? hands down best pastries ? and sandwich shop in Macon. Very friendly service and amazing atmosphere. I recommend ? percent. My daughter and I loved it. Will return.

Good food & friendly staff

i went into m&m's with my grandmother after school, we had been meaning to visit it. i thought it was really nice! the workers were friendly and great at showing us what all of the desserts were. i went home and tried the cookie i got (red velvet) and it tasted amazing. would love to go there again :)

Sandwich was excellent. I will return to this welcome alternative to Subway.

It's a if you live in macon or driving through its a must stop and try, I food is next level, they have a brisket sandwich that is addicted go check them out

Literally the best sandwich I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE. When I went in today they had just made a birthday cake with buttercream frosting….? I couldn’t help myself, you know I had to get a slice. And let me tell you…it is THE BEST thing I’ve ever put in my mouth next to the sandwich she cheffed up for me ???

My club sandwich was outstanding AND loaded with meats. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. If you go be sure you get a German Chocolate cookie. It's to die for.

Very friendly and the food is delicious! We tried the chicken noodle soup and pasta along with our sandwiches! They were both really good . The dessert is NEXT LEVEL !!! ❤️

Best fresh deli sandwiches in the surrounding area . The sandwiches are humongous and the desserts are homemade . Great staff ! A must visit spot .

Got food from here today for first time. Chicken pot pie soup was wonderful, full of flavor and perfect on a cold day. The turkey sandwich was big enough for two meals. Love that they use boars head turkey. Can’t wait to eat here again and try some pastries.
