Waiting on my order as I write this. First off, the guy acted very impatiently. Next, he rang up my order of a 10-wing combo. So, as he passed me my receipt, I asked if they had the fish and wing combo. He looked at the menu and said yes. I asked if he could change my order to that, and he said that once he prints a receipt, they start making the food, so in other words, no. Then, a Caucasian customer came in, placed her order, and got her drink cup while she waited, while my cup sat beside its bag, waiting to go (I'm guessing so he didn't drink all his lemonade up). I'm just saying, you had to be there. I can say never again. I actually wanted American Wings, as I always do when I come home to Georgia.

I came in to place my order with my boyfriend and we were not greeted , it was complete silence. I said “hello” nothing was said , when he made full eye contact with us he enlarged his eyes as if there were a problem or he was making a face. The worker behind the counter went by the name “Mark”, he was very unwelcoming. To the point where my boyfriend says he doesn’t want to eat here . I am highly upset .

So I ordered the wings hot, what they gave me I would describe as zesty or tangy definitely not hot, also i would order the wings cooked well as they are fairly big and weren't crispy. The guy at the counter was cool though, definitely not my first pick for wings.

Ordered food at noon for door dash to pick up and deliver at 6 pm. Almost 630. I called and they did not pick up the phone. I had to call the dasher who said it was going to be over 30 more minutes before it’s ready. Ended up canceling. Poor communication with the customers also.

My daughter purchased wings there and it was bland. She advised the owner and he became very upset and yelled for her not to come back because he didn’t want to fix the concern. The fries tasted like it was cooked in old grease and the wings looked like the wings that were rejected and the sauce was very bland. The owner has horrible customer service. He’s nice unless there is an issue and then he becomes super angry accusing the customer of complaining of purpose. Not customer friendly. My daughter is only 18 and he treated her with no respect and I saw the wings. The whole box looked horrible. Go to Hotlanta wings on Shurling Drive if you want great wings. You will never be disappointed. Macon wings may use to be good but it’s not anymore and the service is horrible by the owner.
