I got the Rocky Road ice cream. I was shocked to find out that they made it right in front of you. It was my first experience with this type of service. It was good, but I'd rather have it pre-made. The marshmallows were stale. I will visit again, but I won't get the Rocky Road flavor next time. Good place to bring the kids.
My daughter enjoys this place. It’s not the closest ice cream shop but we’ll always visit this ice cream shop. The portion sizes are a good size and the employees are super friendly. Bonus — you can earn free ice cream with their rewards program.

First thing I noticed was how clean the place looks and smells, employee greeted me with a smile right away and was very informative, I thought she was the owner because of how helpful she was. Icecream selection is great but the selection of toppings just blew my mind. Indecisive me would have never been able to choose without the employees paitence and help. Will be back and can't wait to try a catering I was informed about..Dietary restrictions: They had 2 selections of sugar free sorbets.

Came in with my friend we both got a milkshake . The service was okay the ice cream is always good depending on who mixes it lol ! But needless to say as I was walking away I heard the skinny young man behind the counter with blonde hair whisper about me and begin to laugh . Very humiliating. It just sucks that some of these high schoolers dont know common decency and really ruins the experience . It brought me back to getting picked on in school !! Im 34 !!!

Brought my family in this week, icecream was truly great, the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's hard to find that customer service these days. I highly recommend that banana pudding icecream, best I've ever tried. We will come back.

Is there a regulated amount of ice cream you can serve? I asked for 2 scoops in a cup and got some kind of melted smoothie instead. My husband asked for 1 scoop in a waffle cone and his scoop was flattened to the tip of the cone, which was super soft and melting fast. We were not impressed, nor atthe cost. $15 for 3 scoops, that really weren't scoops at all.I don't think we will be going back anytime soon. Sorry.

I would typically give 4 stars given my previous experience at MB, but something really strange happened today when I stopped by. I ordered my typical two scoops of ice cream on a cone as usual, and the young man who served me did everything right. All I asked for was a small cup to flip my cone onto for my drive home. But then out of the blue, another worker barged in and told him off in front of me that he was serving me too much ice cream on my cone. I personally didn't think so since it was the usual amount I always got before, but I did not argue since I thought she may have been following some new regulations or something.But when the guy was about to hand me my ice-cream, leaving the remainder of what the ice-cream on the slab, that same lady barged in again, took the cone out of his hands and scraped the ice cream on my cone until it was completely perpendicular with the cone's edge...in front of me! I've never in my life eaten a flat top ice cream from an acutual creamery until now! There's regulation abiding, and then there's just bad customer service. I hope I never have to experience such a thing from my favorite ice-cream spot again.
