I was very disappointed with my experience at Marco’s. The restaurant had a strong, unpleasant odor (likely from the restroom), which made waiting uncomfortable. Even though I received an alert that my order was ready, I was told to wait an additional 15 minutes. Unfortunately, when I finally received my pizzas, they were undercooked and not even cut. Between the poor service, the odor, and the low food quality, this was an overall bad experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas 1 cheese bread. Made some changes to 1 pizza, no sausage, add banana peppers. They didn't read those apparently. Double cheese on cheese bread, they didn't read either. Added sauce cups. No sauce cups with the order. Disappointing.

Review on the pizza ill give it a 3 i love mushrooms but they use canned mushrooms but the cheese was good will I recommend? Ehhh i suggest going to pizza hut but if your close by then just go.

Every time I order over the phone, they always be on point it probably been one time that I didn’t get something I asked for and that’s because the person was no, you gotta give everybody a chance when you start a new job think about you when you was New employee.
This place sucks in business. I ordered two subs an hour and a half ago. Im still waiting and the manager told the driver to wait to take my order when she just delivered down the road from me a hour ago he told her to leave my order there

Pro: the pizza is delicious every single time. Not high brow. But delicious. Con: They get the order wrong half the time. Not exaggerating. When you order from them, just decide you’re going to be happy with what you get. Want thin crust? Maybe you’ll get it, maybe you won’t. Want specific toppings? Maybe you’ll get what you ordered, maybe you won’t. But if you are picky and demand exactly what you ordered, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for them to re-do the order and possibly get it right the next time. Maybe. But again, it will taste good no matter what you order. Just understand it’s a gamble on them getting the order right. It’s been that way since they opened, no matter who is working.
