when we got there, we were greeted with kindness, the guy that put our chips and salsa down was awesome.We ordered margaritas and there was lipstick on the glass, i'm assuming they washed it and maybe it didn't come all the way off.We asked for cheese on the rice which we didn't get but were charged almost $6 extra. Me and my friend ordered fajita quesadillas and just got fajitas. The food was good but our service wasn't very good, we were checked on maybe twice.

terrible bar service- I have eaten at Mexican restaurants for 33 years I have been traveling for business- 1st one I had to ask for chips and salsa- I ordered a margarita and she never asked on the rocks or frozen- by the time I got my chips here came my food - they we're getting ready for a birthday celebration that seem to take priority over anyone else - us traveling folks that after having a long day looking for a nice place to have a meal and drink - this isn't the place - the bartender was rude and real didn't care about me - i would pass on this restaurant if I were you

1st off don't use the their pickup window. Unless you like waiting incredibly long times to see people not pick up their food. With only 2 cars in the line when I arrived I waited 15 minutes to see 1st get food, after an additional 25 minutes the 2nd car was still sitting at the NOT pickup window. After that I gave up parked and walked inside. I know stupid me for waiting that long. Black beans were straight from a can. Tacos ordered with lettuce and cheese had neither. Rice was meh at best. Don't know how it could possibly have so many stars, because on 2nd thought my mistake was ordering from here.

Had to stop in on my way back to Atlanta to give them a 2nd try. Food was more amazing service was impeccable and the place was filled with people having a good time. I highly recommend it if you're in the middle Georgia area. Stop in it's legit good food. ENJOYED IT.

Upon arriving, the host greeted my wife and I with a huge smile. We asked for a booth and our server was immediately available. Since it was my wife's birthday, the waiter suggested food items and drinks my wife would enjoy as well as me. The food was top notch and the prices were decent. The atmosphere was welcoming and the experience overall was grand. We will be back!

The food was warm at best. The grated cheese was almost frozen and in clumps. The chips seemed to be extra greasy and broken so small you couldn't dip the salsa. The Margaritas in Mercer Village is much better than this one.

The food was so cold. The waitress talked about her personal life by the bar with one customer the entire time we were in the restaurant, and she did not check on our table. She continued to play with her nose and handed people their food. This was a very disappointing experience. After being recommended by a friend, my family and I will never return.

amazing service from the host, bartender. and another staff member who i think was the manager! everyone was friendly and took great care of me. but, it was very much yt ppl mexican food :( not bad, just lacking some flavor. the cheese quesadilla didn’t have that particular taste most mexican restaurants have, i think they use a different cheese, and the queso was on the bland side. great chips though!

Sevuce was fair, food was terrible. Steak was tough and rubbery. Told the waitress, she seemed indifferent. No apology or refund offered. Food was greasy. I'll skip this place next visit.

Ordered extra cheese sauce on two separate occasions on to go order and did not receive. When re-ordering and let them know I did not receive my extra sauce in the last two orders , they questioned me heavenly and gave me a hard time so I told the order taker just make sure the sauce was in bag on this current order. I have never seen such cheap place of business . When I arriving they gave me an extra sauce but still charged me for it. SMHI received a bad order from Shanes bbq and when reported the manager asked me to come back for a replacement order with no questions ask and they didn’t even want my receipt. I thought that was first class.Margaritas you won’t be in business long if you are too cheap to replace $1.99 cheese sauce; not to mention small food serving. You guys still owe me 2 more sauces that I paid for and did not receive. Learn to be first class ✌️I’ll be ordering from Taco Mac going forward ✌️

I had the absolute WORST experience with this restaurant tonight. I called and placed a to go order and went to the drive thru window to pick it up. I sat at the window for 20 minutes watching people watch back and forth, look in my direction, and go back to what they were doing. Finally, a girl came over and asked my name and what I got, only to never return again. I called the restaurant over and over again but it seems that they had the phone off the hook, causing it to have a busy signal. I guess they didn’t want to be bothered by anymore customers. I waited another 20 minutes and then left. So to sum it up, I wasted 40 minutes of my Friday night. I will never ever again order from Margaritas. What is the point in even having a drive up window if you’re not going to acknowledge your customers when they pull up?
