This was my first time at this establishment. The decor and set up is very nice and it seemed like the vibes were good until service came into play. Immediately upon sitting down we weren’t properly greeted, it took for us to ask a server who was serving our table then one lady asked if she could just be our server. Drink and food order were taken; It took around 20 mins for our drinks to come out there was no crowd at the time we were in there. The server came back to us around 4-6x’s asking us what we ordered for food and kept apologizing. At one point she came to us and said the kitchen never dropped our food at this point we have been here for over an hour. The music was so loud and being played on we assume the managers phone or iPad because certain songs were being repeated and then manually skipped. Apparently the Wi-Fi was going in and out so at some moments the music did go out so there were moments were completely just silence. By the time the manager checked on our food and the server brought us food it was closing time and we had to ask for to go boxes which also took a long time to get along with a bottled water. I had to simply enjoy the food at home outside of this establishment. The food was great but will more than likely not return due to service. If it wasn’t for a family friend that was also in attendance at this establishment that comes frequently we probably wouldn’t have received any type of service for quite some time.
