Had lunch here on New Years Eve DAY. Kendal was so polite and patient with helping me create a custom sammie as I'm not super familiar with the menu. Don't have a McAllisters where I live so this was a treat. It wasn't crowded and my food was perfect. Did have a wobbly table but I remedied that by keeping my foot on it lol. Wobbles happen but may be worth staff going thru and checking all tables as I saw another review stating same. Next time I'm passing thru the area I will stop in again. Thanks again Kendal!

Came and grabbed lunch..counter people were loudly complaining about another coworker...tea was very weak, potato soup watery, and nachos were stale ...then they brought the wrong food , took it out from in front of my wife then handed to another table after my wife touched it ..Will never go again to this location

Definitely off tonight. They got my order wrong...that happens, but the correction was very slow. Many other people that ordered well after me and after the error got their food before my half sandwich.

Counter worker I interacted with was nice but overall service quality has been much better in the past. Has been over 3 years since the last time I was here, may be that long before I come back.

By the way, I observed other order errors from other guests while I was waiting.

Also, you should fix the entry door closer that lets the door slam every time someone comes and out....very irritating. Especially when you are already fighting the unlevel rocking table trying the spill the French Dip.

The food and service is excellent. I had a turkey sandwich and a cup of potato & broccoli soup. Both were delicious. The server was very friendly.

Cafeteria atmosphere… they brought the wrong dishes, served the 2 people I was with and I got mine about 15 minutes later. A lady that was there told me they’d been waiting for their food for an hour and that their order continued getting mixed up!! My sandwich, the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was not great and very little chicken in between the bread! Filthy bathroom, sorry to be so blunt. For 3 sandwiches with 1 side each and 3 drinks came to $49. Definitely not worth it!!

First experience at McAlister's Deli. Great food(the most delicious Cobb salad) great service and the restaurant was clean. Restrooms could use an update as a lot of the equipment was old and worn.

BEWARE OF MCALISTER LIES! On their website they state that the grilled chicken sandwich has 45 g of protein. I received my sandwich to go on stale croissant bread and barely any meat. I got home and weighed the meat and melted cheese out to 2.4oz. I called the Zebulon rd store and asked what is the standard portion size for meat is and she said 2oz! 2 oz of grilled chicken is typically 15-18 of protein and the Swiss cheese is about 7g. The other ingredients included tomato and spring lettuce, I opted out of the honey mustard. There's no way this sandwich had even close to 45g of protein. I asked to speak to the general manager and was placed on hold for 16 min before hanging up. They are scamming people and overcharging subpar food. If you're on a strict diet think twice about dining here.

Staff was not helpful, rude store was not clean

Jamie

Absolutely not. Reason being is this some of the employees are rude. They allow dogs by the outside eating tables. When my parents and I were inside eating we noticed a couple brought their two dogs and they were sitting on top of the table eating food and among other things. The manager never did anything about it so go figure she didn't care or want to loose their customers but she did loose three customers. Yes, we asked twice to see the manager she never came over.

There is plenty of items to choose from, plenty of seating inside and outside, soft drinks. The employees attitude are nice and some are rude. You may have to repeat what you order to them so they can understand.

Overall experience it's a big hit and mess here. I wish they would put a sign on the door about animals like for instance keep them on a leash and not have them on the tables.

Chris at McAlister's was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made sure everything was just right and went out of his way to provide great service. Definitely made my visit more enjoyable!
