Very good food with good portions. Only had 1 person preparing and 1 person serving/taking orders/delivering orders/bussing tables. Very inconvenient and anti efficient. Lots of people sitting around in uniforms, not on clock, not working. But the orders came out close to as ordered. Will go again and hope everything works out

I ordered 2 sandwiches that had chicken on it and after I paid for it they tell me that they were out of chicken and can’t refund me my money and was nonchalant about it. It was their fault not ours so I was a little upset about that but I’m so scared to be confrontational so I let it go! :(

It’s worth the drive to the Presidential Road location, Trust Me. There should not be such a huge difference in a chain restaurant simply based on location. This location is Slow as a matter of course. I understand things happen but it should not always be slow getting food out. My other issue is how the food is boxed. I love the pick 2, especially the ultimate nachos. Thai so the Only location I’ve been too( Macon, Athens,Stockbridge) where they want to put Nachos(chili) in the same box as a salad ?, need I say more…at least put the chili in a separate container ??♀️

The app said our order would be ready at 1:37. I finally got our (cold) baked potatoes and complete order at 2:15.The kitchen staff is STRUGGLING.I’ll be honest. I expected at least a free cookie.I recommend you eat elsewhere.

Don't order the Asian Crunch Salad based on the pictures hanging in McAlister's. The pictures and the salad are different. The pictures show thick sliced chicken breast, the salad you get has paper thin deli chicken and very little of it.Shame on you McAlister for deceptive advertising!
