Enjoyed food but could have been a little hotter especially fries and burger. Burgers have shrank in size. No ketchup in bag, despite request at time of order. Also hidden upcharge for sweet tea on drink selection that came included with meal. I ordered double cheeseburger with nuggets, fries, drink meal.

McNuggets, ok, BUT MINI Nuggets??? I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and when I opened the box there was a very small, half size chicken nugget right on top. I thought well dang that’s cute. I popped it in my mouth and chewed it up. Then I decided to count, And found that I only had nine more nuggets left which technically is 10, but there was a second mini nugget and the third small nugget. I roughly got 8 1/2 nuggets for a 10 piece. What the heck? Paragraph unfortunately I also bought a quarter pounder with cheese, with no onions. I guess because it was a custom order and they didn’t want to wait for the meat patty to cook properly, the meat patty was not just pink in the middle but cold as well. Unfortunately I was 30 miles down the road when I realize this. I ended up taking one bite, spit it out the window and threw the rest of the burger away.
The quality of McDonald’s food and quality check has hit rock bottom. So has customer service. And, there’s nothing fast about this fast food restaurant or any other McDonald’s location. I may attempt breakfast a couple more times, that seems to be the only meal they consistently get right, but as for lunch and dinner, I’m done.

They forgot our chicken nuggets. The bun on my mccrispy was burnt. It was horrible .they gave my son 8 pickles on his QPC. My mccrispy tasted like plastic. I would never come here again after what I just experienced. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered some food and a carame latte. It took 20 minutes and the employee who came out said that i didn’t put a spot number in but the ticket on the bag clearly said spot 4. The wrong drink was brought out. She brought out a frappe but i ordered a latte. When i brought this up she said the order said frappe but the ticket on the bag again clearly said latte. She then proceeded to say we can’t make the latte anyway because the machine is self cleaning and it wasn’t what she said that got me it was the condescending way it was said. If you’re in macon do not go to this location go the extra distance if you can help it to a different location.

This location is close to my daughter's school and my job so we go through the drive-thru line fairly often. We mostly use the app to place our orders. I must say, it is not just McDonalds but restaurant atmosphere as a whole - the employees are mute, no regard that I am actually paying for the items that I am ordering and I did not make them come to work that day. Often we will pull up to the speaker at the drive through and literally have to wait to be acknowledged. Once acknowledged, the tone is rude and short. When I do not use the app and have to pull around to the first window to pay for my food, often that person says nothing. Not my total. Not hello. Not nothing. Then when I pull to the next window for our food, the same thing happens. No acknowledgement whatsoever. They will hand our food and never say anything at all. My daughter and I have an on-going inside joke and she has even noticed how disinterested the employees are. Instead of paying attention to time of day, number of cars in the line, etc, we will sit in line for literally 5-7 minutes waiting on the car in front of us to get their order instead of the person asking that car to move to the reserved spot. Most times the food is decent for taste and temperature but the quality of service is subpar. Now, we use the app to order, get to the speaker and say our code before we are even asked and pull directly to the food window. I do not need a receipt and just want to get our food and keep moving.

The workers just acted like they did not want to be at work. Not friendly at all . When I went to tell them my mobile order through the drive thru they had an attitude the whole time. The lady at the first drive thru window kinda slung my receipt at me. The lady

Staff here are usually excellent. Night shift occasionally has hiccups but they are functional. I do recommend walking into this one, as drive through is constantly going through long queues.

Better to walk in, order takeout and go, this will give you chance to look things over and get any slip ups fixed quickly. Management is indeed helpful here usually if issues arise.

I like Mc Donald's. Not every brunches are at the same level. But they are always welcome, even at late hours, at nowhere places you get clean restroom, good burger with fries. At last visit it was at very late hours, we were very tied at the middle of the long way and a long way ahead. I asked only for a big cup of tea and get a good tea . It helped me to reach the didtination safely. Thanks
