This is my goto place when I visit my great nieces and nephews, because they always want McDonalds. I always go inside and have never had any problems. Playground area is clean and the employees have always been very courteous.

worst experience at a mcdonald’s i’ve ever had. got breakfast and not only were my eggs THROWN on top of my other food (and not good quality whatsoever, dry, weird texture), everything tasted bland and dry, and old. not sure why everything tasted so bad when it was 9 or before when i got my food. terrible. if i could give this location 0 stars, i would.

Bass Rd. My code couldn’t be heard at drive thru so I went inside and the code they said was already used ( meaning it apparently was put in at drive thru somehow )well the inside cashier said I could get my order but I tried to explain I was trying to use my rewards guessing she didn’t get it ???when I asked about the price she would say normal $ if that’s ok.. ugh FINALLY I just left the establishment very hungry ..hit or miss on help!!

Was asked to pull up to wait on food to come out waited 10mins no one still had not brought out food while everyone else in drive thru was getting there food and leaving. Went inside and my food was on counter and then I was also given wrong size drink. Horrible service please do better.
Food was not fresh. One quarter pounder was totally a mess to eat. The other ok. Neither was hot. The fries had been sitting too long.

This location is horrible. I’m not sure if the employees are saving food to take home at the end of the shift or what but it seems they NEVER give the customers a complete order. It’s always a problem and they never answer the phone. Poor customer service and the food is almost NEVER fresh. Too many children.
