The experience you get walking into this store is great!!! Very nice and efficient staff. The manager was amazing. Even though we were not regulars we were treated like family. There are still great McDonald's out there

Terrible Terrible Terrible ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I purchased a Big Mac meal on tonight. The food was cold like it had been sitting there for a while. The fries wasn’t fresh SUPER COLD! No fries are good cold! I normally don’t do reviews unless it’s super good or terrible! The HI C orange drink was watered down. I would’ve took it back but i had just got home from work & was exhausted. Too tired to cook was my purpose for buying food. How do they serve cold food to paying customers? Treat people the way you want to be treated! Straight ridiculous! Waste of money & time!

There was no employee at the cash register so we ordered at the kiosk, as did other customers. We waited for 23 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers that were inedible. They were barely warm, the bun was stale, and the cheese was actually dried up around the edges. I wrongly assumed that the food would be fresh after waiting so long for it. There were plenty of employees who appreared to be standing around and waiting for something. A good manager seems to be much needed at this location.

It was my first opportunity to dine in with this McDonald's. I brought a local newspaper to read some articles in it. I believe I made a good impression with the store manager. That was my goal to gain her confidence while she sees the service her employees give to the customers.
