As I type this my husband has been in the drive through like for over 40 minutes at the speaker for about 10 and they haven't said a word. Everytime we visit this location something goes wrong. The bass location doesn't usually have any issues but going to this one makes more sense sometimes. If we didn't have a mobile order he would have left already.

Came around the drive through with hardly any customers and they took forever with a simple order. Every employee we saw passing the window was on their personal phone. Terrible customer service. Took around 20 minutes for a few burgers and drinks. They are acting like they could care less. We finally got our food. No sorry about your wait or anything. Barely got a thank you

I’m very disappointed with this order. Not only were the water and milkshake missing, but the Happy Meal box was also missing half of the items from the kids’ meal. This is unacceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that Uber is not issuing a refund. I expect better quality control and proper order fulfillment.

Terrible experience here tonight. Sat in line for 20 minutes for one Big Mac. Tried to order a McFlurry and of course the machine was down. Then I get to the window where they give you your food and the girl was on a FaceTime call. Asked for a ranch sauce and the girl gets an attitude and tells me they’re out of that too. Guess I’ll start going to Zebulon road bc this location is awful.

Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe. Received a chicken sandwich with buffalo on a near burnt bun and 2 pickles AFTER waiting about 7 minutes at the drive through window to get the food.

Saying “this location is closing at 9 tonight “ or my favorite one “pull to the window to place order” ! Never in my life have I seen a McDonald’s do this type of business!
