This is the worst McDonalds in Macon,Ga I put in an order through Uber and waited for over 2 hrs, I ended up canceling. The wait time is ridiculous, the food is NEVER READY . I really didn’t even want to give it ONE

This morning I did a mobile order for my class. Little did I know that the system was down and nobody could go there. The wait was terrible for curbside service. The guy that brought my food out was kind of rude. I won't eat food here again regardless of how much I liked my breakfast.

The only reason I gave this business a 1 is below there was nothing lower. I had traveled 3 hours from work and was heading home another 50 minutes. I decided to go to McDonald's. I requested my food fresh so I wouldn't have to much salt on my French fries. But instead I got salty food and over cooked fish Filet sandwich. The associate that took my order was rude and provided piss poor services. I will never return. Please do a deep dive into your business and clean house by firing your staff and get some new ones.

They had no frapés, no dr. Pepper, and no ketchup. I had to get a coke, and eat my fries dry, and they couldn't refund the $$ I paid for the frapé because I paid on the app.

Waited 24 minutes for a burger and fries. No salt on fries, fries undercooked, soggy, and pale. Condiments in burger box everywhere, but barely on the burger. Way too many employees in there to take so long.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered breakfast on the mobile app. They left out the hash browns. When I went in to get the hash browns the girl was rude and threw the hash browns in my bag. No apology. Got home and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit had a hamburger patty with onions on it, not sausage. Tried to call and speak to a manager but no answer.
