I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. I recently visited this McDonald’s and had an extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the manager on duty, Asha. Her attitude was shockingly rude—not only to customers but also to her own employees. I witnessed her speaking disrespectfully and dismissively, creating a really uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. It’s honestly unacceptable for someone in a leadership role to treat people that way.

On the bright side, there was one employee who really stood out—Jediah. Despite the negative environment, this young man was polite, professional, and went out of his way to help both customers and coworkers. He was calm, respectful, and clearly cared about doing a good job.

Honestly, Jediah has the qualities of a real leader. If anyone deserves to be manager at that location, it’s him—not Asha. Management should seriously take a closer look at how their leadership is affecting both the staff and customer experience.

The big Mac was lukewarm....fries had no taste and cold. The only thing that tasted good was the Orange Hi-c......not a good experience 👎🏽

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to and sadly the closet to home. Not that any McDonald's is good but I've had many bad experiences. The ac never works in the kids play area and has been out for awhile now. It's off and on with the ac all the time. The fries have been given to me rock hard and cold. EVERY time I order table service they just put it at the front counter and don't pay attention to the fact you ordered table service. Always understaffed. One of the shift managers mouthed off to me when I told him if someone orders their food to be delivered a certain way they should follow it. I have a disabled daughter playing in the play area and because I had to get my food from the counter and then argue with the manager about why it wasnt delivered to my table and that I had the wrong/cold food instead of them delivering it to me the correct way my daughter decided to follow me out to the lobby and walked right out the door into the parking lot and couldve been seriously hurt. The same shift manager made someone's food wrong and refused to refund the money when she asked for it so the cops had to be called out. Terrible, terrible service! I wouldn't order my free food from the app at this location much less give them my money when there's businesses out there that care about providing the best customer service to their customers and appreciate them.

This is the absolute worst store. Do not go. Ever. Most racist towards anyone not of a brown skin tone. Shut this place down. I can’t believe it even has 2 stars. I’m appalled at what I have witnessed. I don’t think I will be eating at another McDonald’s. Ever.

Ordered from the screen which said the food would be brought to the table but instead we were called up to the counter. Drinks were not ready so had to wait for those. No ketchup anywhere to be found. McDonald's sales are declining, would recommend they bring back customer service, adjust their pricing, and make their seating more comfortable. Restrooms were dirty, one toilet seat was barely hanging on, and it smelled like a porta potty. In general, we are not inclined to eat at any McDonald's again.

A regular McDonalds experience. Pay for your food, get your food and pray that your order was right. It was this go around.

I ordered from McDonalds on Zebulon road, Macon, GA on April 27th between 9:30PM - 10:30PM. I used the Door Dash app. My order arrived sealed, so the driver had not tampered with it. Whoever was on shift on that day at that time did not even try to fill my order correctly. My order was on the receipt on the outside of the bag. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, medium fries, sweet tea, and two 6 piece chicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS a mcchicken sandwich, fries, sweet tea and sweent and sour sauce. No nuggets, no double quarter pounder. This was an evening order, not too far from closing, so it wasn't rush hour. This order was so wrong that i feel this was done intentionally. To make matters worse, Door dash only gave me half my money back through the app. I should have gotten a full refund because they didn't even pretend to fill my order.

I normally don't have issues with this mcdonalds other than the fries being hit or miss, but this is DISGUSTING! For starters im missing a whole patty but then the patty I am given is raw...

Not ready for dinner service at 05:30 PM. Dining area, self-serve area, drink fountain, customer supplies, and bathrooms need attention. Burger was like keep-warm since 4 PM and fries were wimpy. Crazy high prices now!

Doors closed when they are supposed to be open. I ordered three the app and had to walk to the drive thru. The lady saw me and ignored me until I knocked on the window. If it says open at 6 then the doors should be open.

Although I had to wait. The lady said 4 mins (gave me a timeframe!) Very good customer service today. The lady who took my order spoke very clear and understanding that's always a plus
