Drive-through was completely full at lunchtime, yet the fries were soggy like they were underdone but the quarter pounder patty was old & dried out like it had been sitting there for a couple of hours. There is really no excuse for this completely garbage meal being served at any time, let alone at busy lunch. This restaurant needs new management.

So, I love McDonald's. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at one. This one, though, was rough. Ordered ahead for curbside. Sat in the spot for 30 minutes before going in to check on it. One of the two orders were ready. Keep in mind it was not busy and the second order was o ly an iced coffee. Waited another 5 minutes to go in and check on it and stood there til it was ready. The staff didn't act like they cared. Go figure. Will be a while before I visit that location again.

Came for breakfast and got a bacon biscuit and there was like 3 itty bitty tiny pieces of bacon! Then came and got my mom lunch and let them know their soda machine is only sending out the syrup and they just looked at us like we were crazy instead of offering to fill it up in the back so we got to leave with glasses of

There was a McDonald’s worker sleeping inside the play area!! my daughter went up there to play and got scared when she saw a grown man sleeping in the kids play area. I would not let my kids go back and play after that. That is definitely a weird spot to pick to take a nap at on your break.
Stopped here while visiting the area. We ordered 2 items in the drive thru! 1 large fry & 1 large coke. Received 1 large fry & 1 large Dr. Pepper. The employees were gossiping with each other instead of being attentive to the certainty of orders.

Have had numerous issues with this resteraunt. Had to wait over 15 mins as the only car in the drive thru for 6 nuggets, and double quarter, and a mcrib. The service is terrible. The employees act as if you are an inconvenience for them. The girl at the drive thru payment window thought her jacket being in the window was somehow suppose to make people realize to stop and pay for their food. Probably because they aren't friendly at the speaker and don't tell people to stop there so when the window is closed and there isn't a prompt response to the vehicle people drive to the next window. This resteraunt actually still owes me a Mcchicken sandwich that they failed to give me on an order. I called the how office several times about the incident and have yet to get a resolution. This was months ago. Just be wairy of placing your order here and check everything.
