This actually covers the last two trips to the drive thru. Trip 1, about a month ago resulted in a 27 minute wait in the drive thru even though I was third in line. The manager was very rude! The second Trip was typical of most in that I almost always get sent to the curbside pick-up area to wait for my order. The Hartley Bridge Road store is terrible.

Went through the drive trough to get 5 double quarter pounder with 5 large coke 5 large fries only got 4 large fries I'm never going back there again ever the staff were polite and nice but I will not got back

We have been sitting here in the reserved parking for 10 minutes waiting on “fries”. There are 9 other cars waiting as well. They just tell you to drive up and park so their drive thru time isn’t affected. The worst McDonald’s in the country. And they are rude to you also. The audacity of the employees is something else. Also, of course the McFlurry machine was down.

Very rude staff and an overwhelming smell of weed when you pull up to the window. Left me in reserve spot 1 for 10 minutes. Should be a zero star! Also could do without the smartass remark when I had to walk inside to get my food!

If I could give a -1 I would!!! I just ate here yesterday & service was poor! Before I could get home ( less than 30 min) I was sick! My stomach was cramping, I have been nauseous & in and out of the bathroom!! If it persists I will probably have to go to the ER. DO NOT EAT THERE!!
