McDonald's really stepped up their game. Their customer service was awesome, and the drive-thru was super quick. For any chain restaurant, good service is everything. If this place keeps it up, they'll be around for a long time.

I went to mcdonald’s yesterday and this lady was very rude , no customer service , being rude to her coworkers just thinking she all dat and a bag of chips , she being rude and obnoxious to the customers , yall need to get ride of Antwinq or however u spell her name but she short and got a blond wig with a gap she really makes your store location look horrible and i will not be returning again . thank you for your time

There is a girl in the back bagging food for the drive thru. She has a blue shirt on and long brown and blonde braids. She is a loose cannon, cut her from the team. Apparently a guy was back there getting food for the lobby as well. She was pushing him out of the way and being super rude. She said look im only bagging for my job. He was confused but trying to help. He said ok, im looking for a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a sausage biscuit. The line guy said j already made those. She took them. She said oh well and kept on with her attitude. Dude got my food but seriously I really wanted to adjust her attitude, I can only imagine how hard it is to have to work with that horrible person. She was touching all the food. Picking up a big breakfast platter shaking it up and down. She is horrible.

Be prepared to wait 20 plus minutes for a curbside order. Any time you go. This happens every time we do curbside. After 20 minutes I finally had to go in to get it. This is the most ridiculous MCDs

To start I handed the cashier my money and 40 cents in change and she asked me if it was 40cent. I paid 13$ for a double quarter pounder,large fry and two large sweet teas. I went to the restroom to was my hands and there wasn't any soap in the men's restroom, so pretty sure the Male employees are not washing their hands and making and serving food. They would rather talk and joke around than to make your food, I waited for around 10+ minutes for my food and only two other customers in the building. The restroom was also pretty filthy. Not a very pleasant experience

It's a McDonald's, so you kind of expect low quality, greasy, and inconsistency, but here you get even less.
Having metrics measuring wait times in drive through, are not accurate if you park car away from window so metrics don't count. But hey at least you reached your goal on paper right? I'm so proud of you!
#7 burrito meal large coffee, 4 sugars and 5 Splenda packets. No salsa just good food. Get the #7 meal, then branch out next time.

gave me old food. man that took order was extremely rude.
we pulled up to speaker, he took our order, and we were looking at the menu, he went “hello!??” in a rude manner, and.. ice cream machine down, maybe stop being so lazy, and clean it, yall “never have icecream”. man told us to pull up, we waited 6 minutes. thought it was going to be fresh, no. it was cold. they gave us OLD food, the fries tasted disgusting. snack wrap was cold. asked for sauce, got told we can only have 1 each, we always get 3 each. do better.

Hartley Bridge Rd y’all have to do better. This is my third visit this week and something has been wrong every visit. Things have been missing out of my order. and this half empty Sunday for three dollars literally made me laugh. Please do better.
