I'd give negative stars if I could. Over 15 minutes waiting in line for an iced coffee for it to come out looking like a moldy coke. The girl who passed it out the windows knew it wasn't right with the little smirk. If you hate your job that much just stay home.

Ordered ahead online at 10:45 and pulled up to the restaurant at 10:48. No one would answer the intercom and when I pulled up to the window, they literally hid so they wouldn’t have to serve me. How do they get away with treating paying customers this way??

Ordered through app for curbside, sat at curbside for approx 15 minutes watching the long drive thru line clear out and others come out with their order. I finally went inside to pick up my order, food was cold.

A simple hamburger was missing the pickles, ketchup and mustard. And even though there were only three people, it took almost 15 minutes to be served. The condiments area was empty. One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had.

I came in to pick up a door dash and the order isn’t ready people not working and they pulled four cars and still haven’t got any food out customers coming in complaining about why it’s taking so long and why are the workers wearing crocs since when that because apart of the uniform I thought it was slip resistance In a fast food restaurant doesn’t make any since people saying they rather pay more to get better service at zaxbys worker standing where customers at drinking soda when they need help in the back is crazy

Service was SUPER SLOW it’s ridiculous because we were the only customers in lobby. Forgot our sauces and drinks. I ordered a spicy mc chicken and the patty was stale and cold…. So won’t be returning.
