Ordered 6 sandwiches and only got 4. Went back to talk to a manager, and the dining room was closed. They said they would send someone out to talk to me. I waited 10 minutes, and no one came out.
Hours say 6am, still closed at 6:30am. POST DIFFERENT HOURS IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN!

Friendly, but the Big Mac had no sauce on it…which is the entire idea of the Big Mac…that amazing sauce.All I had was a mouthful of bread and a pickle. Rather disappointing. At least the fries were hot.

This location needs some serious help. The lobby is full with people waiting 10 minutes on their food and to even order food. They have no help. They can't put the drink machine together correctly so drinks just spray out. No ice in one drink machine. The employees are rude and seem to be bothered by people ordering. I've been here some morning and they aren't open when they're supposed to be because there's only 1 employee. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT THAT ACTUALLY RUNS THE PLACE!

Fries were not fresh and buns on chicken sandwich had a little taste of burnt. That's why the 3 star rating on food.
Ordered on the mobile app and after 25 minutes waiting for pickup, went inside to see that the lobby was filled (not an exaggeration) of folks with mobile orders. I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes. It seemed adequately staffed but I heard rumblings that a staff member may have walked out, so unsure of the circumstances that led to such a delay.

This location is closest to my home so I come here regularly.The WiFi never works, the stations near the drinks for napkins and such are always empty and the dine in area is always dirty with food all over the floor and tables.A good manager could fix this McDonald's location very easily!
