Miramar was very aesthetically pleasing and the ambiance was of an upper(ish)cale cocktail lounge, which was nice. We went for the Monday deal on oysters and sat at the bar. The oysters were good, the service was great, the bartenders were very attentive and communicative. I really enjoyed the energy and will be going back when I visit Macon.

Had a really fun dinner, drinks were perfectly made food was delicious and our server Taylor was a joy, will def be back in the future, only complaint is that portion size for some items were disappointing, like the coconut shrimp ( only comes with 4) but we had dollar oysters and that was a good deal

Today was my first time at Miramar Raw Bar and Tapas, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! Rachel, the mixologist, was amazing—she took the time to ask about my drink preferences and crafted the perfect cocktail just for me. We ended up naming it the Miramar Orange Creamsicle! She even garnished it with a heart-shaped orange peel, which brightened my day.
Our server, Zach, also did an outstanding job taking care of my dinner party. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back!

Miramar is a tapas bar with a wide variety of options. All the food we ordered was delicious but it came to the table in a weird manner. Over the course of 1.5 hours the food was trickling in from the kitchen. It felt like a lot of waiting. The server kept coming to the table to apologize for all of the delays which was nice but still would have liked the food to come out quicker than that.

Do not come here if you are hungry! Service is good. Food prices are twice what they should be for portion sizes of what you get. I know it’s a tapas bar, but honestly for what we paid which was over $50 a person when two people had only water, and only 1 glass of wine ordered, it was just way too expensive. While the food itself tasted good, the food was delivered, as it was made, not all at once. So half the table was eating while the other half waited for their food. Way too pricey. Will not be going back unfortunately.

These people have the audacity to add a surcharge to your bill for using a credit card!! This is not noted anywhere for the guest!! I think it is cheap, dishonest and reprehensible. Fine… you want to get customers to help you pay for your percentage to credit card companies, but let the guests know in advance!!!! Will never dine there again!!

Atmosphere/Ambiance - (10) Wait Staff - (10)- I can't remember her name taller brown haired white woman with glasses used to bartend she was attentive and had good energy Raw bar - 8 - Raw oysters were great baked were fine Tapas - 4 - Things were cooked well just lacked flavor or the flavor was bland even muted the best tapa of the night was the tuna tartare (the amt of tuna was a miss too)

got there 20 mins before our reservation was not seated at all even 13 mins past our reserved time. The host/servers left us at the door and had to be called back on why we haven’t been sat yet was given a vague explanation and then left us again. Not professional at all especially when there was a reservation.
