I will definitely be back my first time trying out this restaurant. It did not disappoint many choices on the menu to your liking. The lollipop lamb chops we're chopping cooked to perfection . It was a great birthday dinner. Everyone enjoyed their meal and service.

Went on Valentine's Day the food was decent wasn't earth shattering. Husband got the New York strip it was on the tough side and had so much fat it was kind of silly. Now if the fat was seared it would be ok but it was all floppy and unappetizing he said the taste alright. The Brussel sprout had way too much salt on them. Now the lobster mac n cheese was nice it was cheesy and had a good amount of lobster in it. The buckshot shrimp was really good I would recommend that to anyone who enjoys shrimp (it does have a tiny kick to it). The service was kind of disappointing it wasn't busy and some how I did felt neglected. Now I might sound spoiled but when I go to a restaurant I do not like to box my own food up. So they lost a little points for that. As for the ambience it was fine.

First visit and it was beyond amazing. Made Date night fabulous and memorable .We had the spinach dip. It was heavenly and rich with flavor a light crust on top. I could have eaten this as a meal. A little heat to this dish as well. Unexpected but perfectOyster were delicious and freshCatch of the day was red snapper. - tasty fresh and lightShrimp were spicy with a little heat . Tasty almost got a double orderSangria with white wine amazing light refreshingCedar smoked old fashion wow. PerfectService was top notch the atmosphere was perfection. We booked another reservation before we even left the restaurant.Cannot believe I been living here nearly over 30 years and have never tried this place.I can not wait until our next visit .

The place has a great look and vibe. The food is very hit or miss however. I ordered red snapper tonight, which was the fish of the day. I'm almost convinced that it was something else... The burger we ordered was cooked to the point that the patties were the size of a silver dollar. Well well done. Otherwise the food was quite nice. The lobster bisque was lovely. The service was subpar, minus the bartenders who were great.

Enjoyed Miramar for the first time with friends. I had the baked rockefeller oysters and the fish of the day, Asian sea bass. Everything was very good. Our server was very attentive. She did great but could have used some help. Everyone enjoyed Miramar.

I like that Miramar is place you can either dress up for or come in super casual. Food and drinks are wonderful and one of the staff members has one of the greatest mustaches I've seen! Great for date night and a nice alternative from major chain and buffet
99% of the people who work here are morons. Id be genuinely surprised if they can walk and chew gum at the same time. There are only a small handful of workers who showed any level of competence in what they do. All the others clearly share one braincell between them.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in Macon for 3.5 years and only tried Miramar yesterday. We got the ahi tuna and shared several tapas, and everything we had was delicious! My only wish is that they add a red wine to the Happy Hour menu. I know they try to pair the wines with oysters, but some of us like red wine and don’t eat oysters ;) Seriously though, excellent place. Maybe my new favorite in all of Macon.

The service was excellent. Very swift and a friendly server. Wife and I ordered a seafood tower for 2, grilled artichokes plus some west coast specialty oysters. the kids got taco rolls and fries with the 4 yr getting the watermelon salad. They loved the taco rolls and fries. Shallots in vinaigrette were too much for the oldest so I enjoyed the salad. Drinks were good but the cocktails ran a bit sweeter than the wife and I prefer. Only thing I have to say about the food is the oyster description for salinity and profile for the west coast did not match the oysters. They were light in salinity but still not bad however not worth the premium to get them. The east coast ole Virginia blues were the best.Only thing for environment I’d say is it was a touch warm in there so don’t layer up.

My husband and I chose Miramar to celebrate a special occasion. We’ve been here several times. This was our best experience. We loved everything we chose. The seafood tower for two is really hard not to get for us. We’ve had it at least twice now. We absolutely love raw oysters. These were wonderful. You get 8 east and 8 west coast oysters, rare tuna, and sweet fresh shrimp. A cocktail and oysters on the half shell just have a way of transporting me to the coast. It’s total relaxation for me. In fact, I hope heaven is a raw bar. The she crab soup is fantastic: creamy, salty, meaty, rich. The pork belly is another one my husband has to order each time. It is delicious: fatty, chewy, sweet, satisfying. You will crave it once you’ve had it. It’s difficult to explain how irresistible it is. We also had the lamb lollipops with green beans. Also favorites. The green beans will make you want to eat your veggies! They are soaked with butter. The best part of eating here is that I had an entirely carb free meal. Of course, we’ll return. It’s a romantic, edgy, and fun place to unwind on a date night.
