You know what, SHOUT OUT TO MOES AND THE ENTIRE CREW!!! The food is absolutely amazing! The employees are amazing and hilarious! The store was beautiful! My favorite part minus the food though… THE SWEET TEA IS THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD 🥹🥹🥹🥹. I’m so glad I got to experience this today and I will definitely be returning but not on a work day because I am sooooo sleepy and being pregnant does not help lol. Just to let everyone know though the food is wonderful, fresh, and made with love. I can’t think of anything bad to say about this place except feed that man(inside joke) lol do not hesitate to go to Moe’s because they did not disappoint nor do they skimp you on your food! Oh yea, the best tea in the city let me keep reminding you lol. Thank you so much for your great service and wonderful hospitality! Staff was friendly and helpful, also love the salsa bar. Some of the ingredients looked a little dry/overheated, but they likely were about to replace them. The service bar was also a little messy, though I may have visited after a rush. I ordered the burrito bowl with steak, seasoned rice and black beans. It was delicious, just the complete meal I needed after a busy day. Overall, about as expected for Moe's, I ended up getting dinner here a few times on my recent trip to Macon

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVEN WROTE THEIR NAMES DOWN THE MANAGER EDWARD WAS SO QUICK AND PATIENT WITH ME EVEN THO I ORDERED 80 SUM DOLLARS OF FOOD AND THE BOY NAME BRYAN WAS VERY JOYFUL AND MADE ME LAUGH SO MUCH AND JAMAL THE BOY WITH THE LONG HAIR WAS VERY SPEEDY AND QUIET THOSE THREE DUDES KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AND THE CASHIER WAS KINDA LIKE BLAND IDK WHAT WAS WRONG BUT SHE WAS JUST SMACKING ON GUM AND WALKED OFF INSTEAD OF RINGING MY FOOD UP OTHER THEN THAT them three dudes deserve a raise and I appreciate y’all I will be returning soon!!.💕

The staff were great. My steak was not hot and I did not realize it until I head already left. It is disgusting to warm up a bowl with different toppings. Ultimately I threw away $15. This was only my 2nd visit at this location. My 1st experience was ok... not sure if it's required but they do not do the trademark "Welcome to Moes" as customers enter.

I would like to thank the crew not only for their friendly service and tasty food but the lady’s restroom. We are traveling back home to Florida and I needed a place to eat and a cross my fingers to take a restroom break at the same place. I expected a decent restroom break (typical after Covid) but, NO! I walked in and was pleasantly surprised to find it “lady like” clean. I was so relieved and thankful. Please relay the message to the team. Our family is staying at the Ronald McDonald house in Macon. And Moe’s did catering so all of our families would have something to eat! Came here for a quick bite. Haven't been inside a Moe's in a while. This one was clean and the staff was friendly. Some of the salsas at the Salsa bar needed to be filled but they were closing in an hour or so. Wish a small cup of queso came with the chips cause the queso is pretty good. Ended up getting a medium cup and was glad we did. Jad the bowl with rice and adobo chicken and it was pretty good! Hubs got the homewrecker burrito and that was a super big burrito! He said it was pretty good.

I walked to the counter and I spoke first hey how are you doing ma'am the first thing came out her mouth was im busy right now and I was like i understand but this my first time door dashing from here can you please tell me where do I go and she got nasty again and said I'm busy I'm getting the order ready now WOWWWWWWW please don't get no customer service job if you have a nasty attitude
