All the people that serviced me were rude or ignored my requests. I said little beans they put a big scoop after they repeated what i said? Work on customer service because this is ridiculous.

I really love Moe’s concept of greeting you when you walk in but it only works if they don’t sound miserable while saying it. ?The food and cleanliness of this location is nice compared to South FL, where I just moved from. The burritos are made with care, the meat and sauces taste fresh, overall a solid meal. Will definitely return. Took one star off for the frowning and reluctance to greet customers. It’s my pet peeve to be ignored when I go to an establishment to spend my hard earned money. I go to Moe’s over Chipotle because I’m looking for that extra something that only Moe’s does.

Learn to greet every customer according to Moe's standards. Why does your bar look a mess and empty? It's only 630pm with very little customers. Stop playing as if its high school and maybe you can get your customer's orders correct. Management is a joke at this location!

This location use to be top notch but the service has greatly declined and so has the taste of the food! The atmosphere is clean and the food line was neat and clean this time (the last time I visited it wasn’t which turned me off for a while) thought I would give it another try and sadly to say - the results weren’t that great for almost the cost of $40.

Dropped in on a road trip and got a tofu burrito bowl. The service was excellent and the employees served with a smile :). The tofu was a little undercooked and tortilla cheaps really salty but otherwise the food was fresh and delicious.

The girl didn't have a clue or intentionally shorted the order on the mor more bowl asked why not dbl meat and threw lettuce on top said yes I did.
