I never order white meat due to it being dry but the white meat here is juicy and I haven’t ate Mrs winners since I lived back home in douglasville ga

Super friendly and helpful staff!!! Great attitudes during this visit! I had been craving a steak biscuit for WEEKS...but didn't know Mrs. Winners serves them ALL DAY!!! SCORE!!!!! I got 2 and will be back for more.

I actually drove passed it… and was like wait, this is the place I said I had to try. Went inside was greeted right away. I got the three piece wings, mash and green beans. I was so hungry burnt my mouth straight up, that’s what I get. It was hot flavorful and juicy y’all. Not greasy! I’m glad I stopped in🫶🏽

Terrible customer service from the cashier tonight on the closing shift the food is good but the service makes you not want to go back

The building is a little run down, however that does not hinder the workers or the food. The food is always fresh and delicious. We usually get the chicken and steak biscuits with a large box of potato wedges to share. Since there is no prices online I took a pic of the menu board to help others out.

I was very displeased at the quality of service. I’ve never eaten here. My neighbor asked me to get her some so I did. When I pulled to the speaker, I wasn’t greeted but I was told “go ahead and order”
I ignored it the 1st time because I thought she could’ve been talking to someone in the restaurant. She said it again. I asked her how she was doing to maybe break the ice or maybe turn her bad day around. She replied “I’m good”. I procceed with the order. She mumbled a price & I wasn’t done ordering. I asked her was she having a bad day and she replied it was good. So I asked her to repeated what I thought she asked me but she gave me a total. I let her know I was not done. She replied “I thought you were done” I told her she didn’t even ask was I done. I was greeted by a woman who was pleasant & another one was on the register. My receipt said Monique. She could’ve been using someone’s register but she’s was the lady with the dreadlocks. Her appearance seemed like she didn’t want to be there or either she wasn’t having a happy New year. If her name is Monique, Monique please have better service when it comes to your customers. Being that I’ve never eaten there that 1 bad experience made me never want to come back again which I planned on it because the cinnamon swirl sounds as if it would be tasty. I will pass. I would recommend you find a job you enjoy doing!

The building was closed down and where they told me another Miss winners was I drove out a quarter tank of gas it wasn't there

Tonight was my first time eating here this year. I stopped coming because of the rude employees. Tonight the young lady working the drive thru was absolutely amazing! Her personality very Demure! I loved the service! I will be back because of her!

Its been years since ive even here but i stopped and purchased a three wing dinner for $9.99. I had the baked beans and potatoe wedges as sides. It was delicious. Everything was made fresh and it was all seasoned well.

She has had such great experiences over the past few years, and has yet to make a review regarding her excellent service during those visits.
