Would rate 0 starts on food and service if I could! I came in to order two separate orders for some coworkers and I. I ordered a ham & cheese (grilled, they specified lol) biscuit combo + bacon & egg sandwich on first order. Second order - bacon & egg biscuit. Paid for orders with no complications. Waited for orders. Received orders in timely manner, I guess. Walked back over to my work, looked at food. They gave me and ham & cheese *sandwich* along with the other sandwich, uncooked, limp fries and a bacon & cheese biscuit. My “grilled” ham and cheese *sandwich* looked like some cheap sandwich meat someone would keep in their fridge at home. When I discovered, I walked back over with my uncooked fries and sandwich that I did not order. The young lady who took my order was very surprised to see my uncooked food and informed me they are out of biscuits. I also told her that “grilled” ham looks like some shelf sandwich meat and asked if I could order something else. I was polite and let her know I work Nextdoor and have no problem waiting. This is when the problems began. A guy with a beanie on came walking around the corner and said “what’s the problem?” I said “I didn’t order a sandwich”. He said “we out of biscuits.” I said “okay, well I paid for a biscuit.” “Oh, we out of biscuits!” *with a very apparent smirk on his face* He said “what you want” And I said “my fries cooked?’!” Like what?!?!?! If you can’t even complete the order I paid for, at least COOK what you DO give me? And that’s when I watched them hand someone and order and watched them almost walk out the door as they scream “wait that’s not yours.” **takes order back** “Here you go sir” *hands it to someone else* I told them to keep my food. Very unpleased as I paid for an entire order and couldn’t eat AT ALL between the uncooked fries and low grade deli meat from the dollar general and a piece of bread. The bad thing is, as I was waiting for my food, I heard them tell another customer they’re out of biscuits. They had an opportunity to inform me way before I ever walked back to the third floor of my work in the cold.

Every time I come here since it opened, I’ve asked to get a malt, and each time they tell me the malt machine is broken. That’s one of the reasons I was trying to eat there. I guess eat elsewhere.

I am a potential customer waiting for the new location on Northside Drive to open. I have not had the pleasure of tasting your food products. I'm reading reviews for your stores right now trying to decide if I want to spend money here. It seems from the reviews I've read so far that the majority are positive for the food being delicious and almost unanimous for staff at a certain location behaving badly & rudely towards customers. Let me say this, it doesn't matter how good your product is, if the consumer feels disrespected when attempting to patronize your store then eventually they will take their money elsewhere. My advice to the owners, train/retrain managers, and staff on customer service. Make good customer service essential at every location! Good Luck! Thank you!

I ordered two chili cheese dogs atw (one with slaw and cheese) combo! The lady who took my order was very sweet and the food was Delicious and fresh!!!! 5 Star

Ghetto and lazy! The employees will literally sit near the window on their phone and watch you until you drive away because they don’t feel like taking or making orders. Whom ever the employees were that worked the evening schedule on 4/19/24 needs to be fired due to poor customer service and disgusting attitudes.

Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because the food was good, the employees need correcting, just absolutely rude and not even a hey, welcome, thank you come again, like have some level of customer service or work somewhere where you don't have to deal with customers

I first ate at this Nu-Way location on Northside over 30 years ago. It's easy to overlook this Nu-Way, but this location has been there for over 35 years. This particular location is one of the few Nu-Way's where I actually eat inside. Normally, I prefer the drive-thru, but the cars can quickly create a long line. I enjoy the slaw dogs and hot dogs all the way.
