Didn't get anything because of the stinking attitude of the drive through staff will never return here again. You don't like what you do then quit can't even ask questions about the menu without getting a boat load of attitude.

My wife and I pulled into the drive thru here. We failed to order at the window because no one responded to the mic. There were two gentlemen outside the restaurant in nuway shirts that told us we could order at the window. When we got to the window we were told to pull around and get back in line with ultimately wasted 10 minutes of our time. This type of confusion, behavior and service is a significant departure of the conduct I would expect of nuway employees. I recommend Retraining of employees and termination of the manager.

The lady taking our order was very argumentative and wasn't familiar with the menu even though she said she had been there 20+ years you would think someone with that much experience in a single restaurant would know the menu by hart not that that's necessary but at the verry least know it good enough to not argue with a customer and then turn around and see it on the menu, the food was ok at best for a hot dog place I thought they were proud of them price wise it was our first time coming here and honestly it will certainly be our last the food and service just isn't good enough for the price that they are selling at.

I ordered a breakfast platter. Two eggs over medium with grits and a biscuit. The grits had no taste in fact a weird taste. So I mixed the eggs with them hoping for it to be better. Maybe the eggs were bad. It was not edible even with salt and pepper. The biscuit wasn't done it was mushy. It was on the side so wasn't due to touching other food to make it that way. By far the WORST food I've ever had. The vibe in there was weird, didn't feel comfortable even going back to counter about it. Left without eating what was paid for and will NEVER go to that location again. Something just didn't make sense about any off ut tasting right. When my order was being taken she and the lady cook were talking about my order which was nothing special. Honestly felt like it was on purpose and for me to say that says a lot because that's not my way of thinking about folks.
