This is the first time I have ever been to a Nu-Way and they were out of hamburger patties and onions I wound up buying 14 hotdogs for my family instead of what we actually wanted and then found out after leaving and eating a hotdog that it had no onions and very little to no mustard on them!!!!! I spent almost $60.00 and I am not very happy with my purchase!!!!

My son recently visited this Nu‑Way and was literally overjoyed by how kind everyone was—along with the delicious food, of course. He even called me while he was there, and I could hear the warmth coming through the phone. Employee Lisha was absolutely fabulous, and my son was right—she really was “so nice.”
Thank you, Nu‑Way, for continuing a tradition that means so much to our family. You’ve been a staple for my mother since she was a girl, and now you’re becoming one for the next generation. That kind of consistency, care, and kindness truly matters.

I’m a big hot dog fan and I decided to stop by to see how’s the hot dogs. I got two with chili and slaw and holy smokes were they good . I highly recommend them and now have a new stopping place for lunch when ever I’m in town.

When I say it never fails…every time I come to this location they always on some BS. They’re closed..they have an emergency…they ran out of hot dogs..smh. When I’m in Macon Nu-Way is my go to but it will not be this location for me anymore. They’re really on one every single time. Customer service is lacking and accommodation for inconveniences is not their strong suit. So save yourself the trip and go to the Zebulon or Napier location, any of the others have to be better than this one.

Customer service was excellent but this was the worst hot dog I've ever eaten. The hot dog smelt like a Vienna sausage, had the texture of rubber and the chillies taste like cinnamon.
I grew up in Macon Ga moved to NC their slogan I’d go a long way for a NU WAY is absolutely true! They have the best hot dogs in the world!

I've been eating nu way since I was a kid. Its always been a treat. Lately the food has been subpar. Fries cold, hotdogs taste different. Out of certain items. Not to mention now they are expensive as h*ll. Im probably done with nu way. Too expensive for subpar food.
