Online says Hillcrest Nuway closes at 8p. I went through the drive-thru,a sign on the window says it closes at 6p. I pulled up at 5:45p. Lady in front walked to the back somewhere. I sat 3 minutes,then I called. She came back up and gave me a sign they were closed and there was a car behind me as well.

Not a big fan but this is just my personal opinion. Nothing seems special here except those ruby red hotdogs with white inside. For me I just can't . Some of my friends love this place. Ya'll check it out for yourselves and let me know what ya think.

The homemade slaw dog with ketchup and diced onions. Same order every time since I started driving in 1985. And the flaked ice with sweet tea quenches any thirst. Make sure you make it an Extra Large!

I use to go there religiously, until my hotdog wasn't done, my bun tasted like it came straight out the package-not warm, and the prices sky-rocketed.?

March 2023. Child inside barefoot running around yelling and shooting customers with water gun. Parents (worker) said nothing. Workers yelling loudly. Trash everywhere. Outside woman begging for money and got mad when I didn't have any. Offered to buy food but got called a cracker. Order was wrong but I got 6 dogs when I only paid for 2 so I was happy. Restaurant was filthy, service was terrible but maybe bc I was a "cracker".

Well this Place has Gone Down Hill and will NEVER RECOVER. ORDER PULLED AROUND TO FRONT WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED. I would Never Suggest this Place. Go down Town . Absolutely my Last Visit Ever!

I waited for someone to take my order for at least 15 mins in the drive thru! When she finally takes my order she walks off before I could finish and starts talking to customers inside. At this point I’m frustrated and drove off. Customer service is a huge deal for me!
