Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Server unfriendly. Did not honor my customizations and made excuses. Spaghetti watery. Meat sauce on Spaghetti was more like just tomato sauce. Floor and tables dirty and silverware. A foul smell was near my table. Server did bring drink for kids meal. Also no greeting when arriving at the door. Hostess just stood there until I asked for a table. Overall bad experience. I should have gone to a place where customers are treated well.

If I could give our server 6 stars I would!!! Saturday November 28th party of 6 at the round table had the best service and food!! The carbonerra was excellent but our day was made by the service. Awesome experience! The manager also checked to be sure we were great.

Friday, early evening....no wait...straight to my booth. They were fairly busy for 5:30 p.m....but no wait. Waitress was good, food was very good. I don't thinknive ever had a bad experience at Olive Garden.

OT is the Man♡ Great personality ♡ He made our family birthday fun at O.G. Our server, Lamont was perfect. He gave us wonderful attention.

The service from my waitress was everything. She was very attentive. She checked on us throughout our time in the restaurant. Her energy was everything. I hate I forgot her name. The food was ok. The quality of food has dropped. The recipe for the 5 cheese baked ziti has changed. Overall it was good. But her service was Excellent!

November 13 approximately 1 o'clock.
About 2/3 of the tables were empty and clean and we we're told it would be a 15 minute wait. I looked at the empty tables and asked really ? The hostess did not even respond.

If their service is that pitiful on just seating you at a table, I was not going to wait and see how pour the rest of the service would have been.

The waitress remembered us from the previous visit from three months. She was so sweet. Olive Garden is an Olive Garden. So the servers really make the difference. I'm sorry I can't remember her name...ugh! 🙄🥰 But thanks for the service. It's nice when you're traveling out of town away from the comforts of home.

Today me and my family came into the restaurant early lunch and was served by Ivy. To say our service was excellent would be an understatement. Ivy's attention to the customer and courtesy is something that every Olive Garden server should shadow her to see how customer service and expectations are met. Highly recommend this location and ask for Ivy. She is simply the best!

Wasn’t very tasteful…. everyone agreed their food wasn’t the most delicious … I sent mine back …. and it was still kind of gross…. i gave our food to a homeless man that frequents an area about 5 mins away ….and there was 24 of us … waitress was kinda rude, and I think I would have enjoyed mcdonald’s more … my son wouldn’t eat anything and he usually loves eating there. Zuppa was undercooked as well.
Hopefully it was just a bad day ….
