Osaka Hibachi & Sushi

The cashier Sherry is very rude and unprofessional. It’s obvious she has some issues when it comes to serving certain demographics of people. They need to have a person that’s professional and courteous to greet customers, not a person who is middle age and condescending?By the way, I do see they have a sign posted they are hiring cashiers.

Food was mediocre, one of the worst hibachi restaurants I have visited. It was edible, but not flavorful at all.

It was a calming experience. The spider man roll was good but I was expecting more with the noodle bowl it was just noodles and shrimp, no onions, no vegetables, and they were dry. Overall 8 out of 10 experience.

Overpriced. The quality is not a good as it used to be. Their special rolls were small and expensive considering how much you get. Also, who wants sushi served in plastic when dining in? Won't be back.

First time experiencing this with them. Ordered to dine in for my son and myself. The rice was cold with was very harsh for the rest of the meal as far as complimentary plating for balance and consistency in taste. Also the vegetables and meat were not freshly prepared and cooked, which was was warm to the rou h barely. Highly dissatisfied and won't be spending time money or energy there for a very long time of ever again lesson learned.

Have been there in a couple of years.One thing has changed.You have to call your daughter Ian.You cannot order it at the one by anymore.But besides that the food was okay.
