Very good time!! My waitress made sure I was taken care of at every step of the meal, and every person I spoke to was really sweet! Food took a very long time to come out but no biggie, it was delicious once I had it!

Great curbside experience! Husband had an entree salad with chicken and I had a small steak with baked potato and side salad. The items we asked to be left out, was left out. We received ample amounts of the dressings and seasoning that I wanted. Food was cooked well and presentation was great!! The person that bought out my food was nice and courteous. Will definitely be ordering more from this restaurant.

Chicken wings burned. Loaded mashed potatoes DRY. The chicken dinner i got (4got the name) with cheese, mushrooms and bacon was DRY. Server was nice. Not returning. Sadly, everything besides the food was good. So disappointing after paying $160 for party of 3. Wasted money. Didn't even want to warm leftovers 😪

This place is a very big disappointment. I haven't been there in over 3 years because of bad service and food, but went tonight because a friend wanted to go. At 8pm there were hardly no customers in the place. The service was still sub par and the food was terrible, so I didn't even eat it. They now want you to pay electronically which is very inconvenient, and they couldn't give you a receipt to be able to know what you were paying for. All of this is probably a lot of the reason Texas Roadhouse has taken a lot of there business. It is my go to for a steak restaurant and will continue to go there. This will be my last visit to this Outback.

We were having a horrible day, broke down on our way home after an appointment in Atlanta. Still 3 hours from home we stopped at Outbacks for dinner. Service and food were great! My son who has a TBI brought his wallet and left it in our booth. Upon cleaning his wallet was found and I received a phone call the next day. The manager Chris B. had found my emergency contact information inside the wallet. Thankful for their honesty and kindness, my son’s wallet was returned to us in an overnight package. He was worried his ID is costly to replace and his last bit of cash was gone but he was blessed with everything being accounted for. I highly recommend eating here!
So let me say.. I had an amazing waiter he was so dreamy 😂...this means he was handsome. I asked for a recommendation from the Manager...he recommended the Queensland Pasta with extra Alfredo sauce and Extra Parmesan cheese.... Guys order this OMG when I say delicious 😋 it was freaking amazing 😍. The customer service was excellent 👌 and the food was good oh yeah everything was clean and spotless. Take it from me go eat her and tell them Erica Danielle Hill sent you. A customer from Saturday.

Walked in at 5:45, table for 3 on a Tuesday. My daughter who just played in a tennis match at John Drew since 11 in the morning. They sat us in the corner of the restaurant, EVERYONE that was seated sat in this corner and I felt claustrophobic! And the sun was beating down through the blinds. We asked to be moved to another table and was told we HAD to wait until 6 when more staff arrived! Mind you the entire place was empty besides the left hand corner of 6 tables! I am so disappointed with this Outback! The table we requested was actually 5 feet away and the manager said he could not seat us there! We could sit in the overcrowded corner with sun on us but no one could serve us 5 feet away! We left and came to The Longhorn. Such a more pleasant atmosphere and nicer management! That manager needs to go back for more education on customer service! Then he was sarcastic/rude when we left. Will never return due to the poor customer service. I would be fired if I spoke to a patient as he spoke to my family.
