Called at 11am this morning to inquire if they could take a reservation for 15 people and was told happily that it was possible, and took my reservation. Later, after arriving at the requested time, I got to enjoy a 50 minute wait. At least the waitress was on point and stayed on top of the food timing and updates regarding any more delays. I can’t say it was enough to redeem the evening completely but if you plan to come here, plan on those reservations to be ignored. But Jenna, as part of the wait staff, is THE calmest and most customer service centered individual I have met and I thank her for helping making the evening special for my family!
Great food and OUTSTANDING service from Charlie. We will be back to see Charlie soon. Very soon!!

Outstanding Experience at Outback Steakhouse!
I don’t often leave reviews, but this Outback Steakhouse truly impressed me! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. My mouth is still watering days later! The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, a perfect medium rare. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the broccoli was out of this world—I've never had it so tasty! This was an exceptional dining experience, and I highly, highly recommend it to anyone. Will definitely be back! 86 the flowers

My wife and I went here for lunch and I must say everything was lovely! The waiter was pleasant and polite. The restaurant was clean and even the music gave a good vibe. The prices were not too harsh on the pocket. I do recommend their macaroni and cheese! Stop by and get a good meal when you can!

My wife and I went here for valentine's day. the steak was cooked exactly as specified and the waitress was vary polite the blooming onion was also quite good. I would however recommend coming either before or after 6 or 7 because it's vary popular and the crowd is pretty large, thusly the wait for a table at that time can be quite long. Overall it's a good establishment with a nice atmosphere, and some good food

First thing to mention is plastic flowers at front door entrance. Really? Spent around $90 to try their dinner for 2. Had grilled shrimp appetizer and it was good. Had fillet(upcharge) with garlic butter (upcharge) and sirloin. Sirloin was very very tough. Fillet was cooked well but just had no flavor. Service was good. Bar sanitation was severely lacking. All in all quite a disappointment. Also $4 for colored tea water. If you drop a hundred you would like to feel a little pampered .

Before I start on this review, please note that it is NOT a reflection of our server. I cannot recall his name but he was fantastic last night.
Normally, we ALWAYS have a good experience at this location. Usually the food is top notch, service is top notch, etc. We decided to go to this location last night, on Valentines Day, to enjoy our date night. We totally understand they were slammed! We waited an hour and 15 minutes but we were prepared to do this because we love this location.
Our biggest issue last night was the food though. For starters, we got the bloomin onion…half of the breading was doughy and the onion still raw in some parts. My husband decided on the bone-in ribeye, which was 100% rushed. It was so tough he could barely eat it (he asked for medium rare), I got the blooming chicken (I believe that’s what it’s called) and it was decent, however, my baked potato was not done at all.
We were hoping for a better experience last night (especially for an $90 tab) and normally it is. We also understand being slammed but please, don’t ruin the quality over quantity.

Charlie was our server and he was THE BEST! He had such a bright, happy demeanor and was an amazing server. Definitely deserves a good pay raise! Will be back and looking for him to be our waiter next time. The food was also absolutely outstanding. Even with it being valentines all the staff was on it and it was amazing. Thank you guys for everything!
