probably the most polite fast food staff I've ever encountered when I came in on Wednesday night. Very quick, great value. My first time at a panda, i'll definitely be back if i'm ever in a time crunch

All the workers at this Panda go out of their way to make sure you are welcomed. Food is always amazing and fresh! Best Panda Express chefs in Georgia and I have been to many! Staff always cleaning the dining room to make sure you have a clean place to eat. Kudos to the team at this Panda Express!

The lady who serves me was one of the nicest people ever, so accommodating and very nice. The atmosphere was calm and clean, and the food was very fresh and good quality and they gave me a very very good portion size, this is an amazing Panda Express. 🐼
Vegetarian options: Super greens and rice and spring rolls, a few other things too
Dietary restrictions: Have many options for many different diets!!
Kid-friendliness: Good atmosphere! And clean with nice staff, I see a lot off family’s in there too

Against my better judgement i stopped by Panda Express to buy a meal. In addition to the meal i also requested a small side of rice for $1.50. When i made it to the register i picked up the box and realized ut was very light and not fully filled and i told the cashier i no longer wanted to buy that item. The cashier went beserk yelling at me in front of other customers that "You've touched it!!! Yyyooouuu'vvvee tttoouucchheedd tthee bbooxx!!".
I told her that the person on the line had touched the box and so had she and she had been handling money and touching various services all night.
To me the cashier then behaved like she was refusing to ring me up and i just walked out. I dont pay for disrespect. In addition, the restaurant stank as bad as the cashiers attitude and i didnt want to patronize it at that point.

Not bad for fast food. The food tends to be fresh. The service is always great and friendly. Never eaten inside, always do take away. Overall pretty decent for the type of food.
Tried to make me pay for three bigger plates because the guy who ordered after me was also Asian so they thought we were together.
I told them I don't know him and he said he didn't know me and they were getting tripped up on it. Then they didn't know who ordered what so we had to repeat our orders.
They said you should have told us we weren't together because we were two Asian people ordering one after another. This Panda Express is really racist.

Love this place! Feels like they give you more of regular entree than the premium ones, and you pay extra for it! Otherwise, no complaints. Great place to eat and they are open late!

Tatyana The supervising shift manager, found out our food, was not what it was supposed to be and did everything in the world to make it up to us. This is a true example of a good honest person with wonderful morals and values. Our experienced could’ve gone a whole different way, But it didn’t because of TATYANA. If her supervisor is reading this, she deserves a raise.

This place is completely disorganized and the food, the little they had in stock, was subpar in relation to other Panda locations. I ordered at 8:20 PM for pick up at 8:40 PM. I arrived at 8:50 PM and it wasn’t ready. It turns out they were out of two of the tree things I ordered. There wasn’t much to choose from so one of the items I chose was a premium item. The worker didn’t know what to do. I said I can pay the extra 1.50 and she said she didn’t know how to do that since I ordered online.
I always order veggies and not rice or chow mein. The veggies were gross and mushy. They didn’t include silverware or napkins and I am staying at a hotel. It’s such a pet peeve to order food to go and not get napkins or silverware. I ordered teriyaki chicken but they had no teriyaki sauce. Really this place is so completely disorganized. You can see the ratings changed a few months ago. I don’t know if management cheated it maybe there is no managment at the moment.
I would avoid this place until they get their act together.
