Food was good but service this time was kinda chaotic and although they looked like they were organized they were handing orders to the wrong people. I watch our food to make sure it wasn't fondled by every person in the line. Also no chop sticks as limited sauces.

This place is a dumpster fire. Completely disorganized and poorly managed, which results in to-go orders and in-store orders getting mixed up, dishes taking way too long to make (I clocked the kung pao at 14 minutes), and of course this all has the effect of backing up the line and everything moving ridiculously, painfully slow.

Made an order ahead for availability at 5:15pm. I placed the order 45 minutes beforehand. When I arrived at 5:07pm, they were not busy at all. However, my food was not ready until 5:25pm due to the steak dish needing to be made. How does that happen when the lead time was so long? The staff was not particularly helpful or attentive to the customers. I waited minutes (several) to even be acknowledged. I asked for the fortune cookies for my family meal and the staff member looked at me, ignored my request, and continued working. Very rude. I didn't wait any longer. If I can avoid this location in the future, I will. The food, fortunately, was as expected of Panda Express. However, the service leaves MUCH to be desired.
