Stopped by this Macon, GA Panera in late October shortly before closing time. . Everything was great- the staff was friendly; the restaurant APPEARED clean; my order was prepared and I left. However when I opened the container with my salad, I got more than I bargained for - a fly was crawling through the salad. To say I was beyond disgusted is an understatement. How did a live fly get inside the salad? And it was not at the top of the salad but midway. WTH! Although the manager apologized profusely (I had a video of it as proof) and gave me a replacement salad, I can’t stop thinking about the what ifs - suppose I had not seen it and took a forkful of salad with they fly and crunched down on it? There certainly needs to be some better sanitation methods performed at this location and probably all. BEWARE when eating at Panera. I wish I could post the video. I posted two Pictures showing the fly inside the container

Restrooms are awfully dirty. What about their kitchen? I’m not sure. The soup was watery but I guess inflation is causing it. The sandwich was fine. Last Panera manager was greedy and gave us only 5 croutons in our soup. This place was very generous!

Soup was good. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. Salad. No different. Ladies in the front were kind even though we came close to closing time.

Absolutely awful experience. I almost never give a 1 star but....... ordered breakfast sandwich on app with rapid pick up. Got there and nothing there. It happens. But employees not helpful at all. I had all info on my phone as I waited for them to do something but they just trying to make it look like I made a mistake, asking if maybe I ordered for a different location, or did I order for another day. I was reading the correct info from my confirmation but they never bothered to look at it. They then became more concerned with whether their online system was down, never addressing my situation. After 7-8 minutes I told them to just keep it as I had to get to work (which I had also mentioned while I was there). Wasted $13.00.

Food is average in taste - very small portions for the money. The salad I ordered was $12 and it took me 7-8 average sized bites to finish it. I asked for croutons and the worker proceeded to sneeze all over her arm and hand, then handed me the croutons straight away. I about threw up as I tossed the croutons in the trash. The lemonade drink machine had leaked out all over the condiment stand and the floor and no workers seemed to care. Wasn't the cleanest restaurant for sure. Come on Panera - do better.
Did a rapid online order, said it'd be ready by 1:34pm 20 mins after I place the order. I show up at 1:25 waited just to see my name on the screen but since it’s an online order I kept getting pushed down the list. I got my order at 1:57. Don't come if you're on your lunch break bc I wasted 30mins of mine waiting for a half made sandwich.

This is the second time my husband and I visited Panera Bread. The first visit, the food was pleasantly good. The turkey sandwich was delicious and the pastry, oatmeal cookies and the cranberry cakes were very tasty. However, we returned 2 days later and wasn't satisfied. The grilled chicken AVO(Avocado) & BLT was not a hit. The sandwich felled apart, not enough meat to hold it together. I got more parsley veg than anything. I expected more for our money that we spent and the cinnamon buns were extremely hard, the kitchen sink cookies were hard, the oatmeal cookies were the best! My dad use to tell me my eyes were bigger than my stomach. He knew what he was talking about. Dad RIP.. I'm done with pastry until I can try their braided pecan. They didn't have any during the first or second visit. I haven't given up on Panera Bread as of yet. I will only be getting the soup next visit, which is good.

This Panera's was one of the worst that we've ever been in. Your feet stuck to the floors. The woman's bathroom was very dirty. There was only one type of bagel available and there were only three of those and they looked old, when they advertise that they had Bagels all day. I would recommend you stay away from this one. Yuck!

So, basically me and my girlfriend order 4 sandwiches and 2 deserts. We were sitting in a booth everything was fine until when we let and were 25 mins away we taking our food out and noticed they forgot to put in our deserts and 1 of our sandwiches were missing and there was hair on our sandwiches. And I’m just done like I grew up eating Panera bread and this experience was terrible and I just want a refund it’s not even funny. I had such high hopes because it was my girlfriend’s first time coming to Panera bread, very disappointing and crushed her hopes. I feel like the trip was a waste of money.
