I placed a order, it got here in a timey manner the food was hot and fresh. I ordered a 2 liter orange crush (in which i loveeeeee). So i was excited to grab dinner and a good cold soda. So the food gets here and I asked the Door Dash driver where was my drink, he said they didn't give him one. Hmmm, okay not mad it happens. No problem so I called the store, and spoke with team member, and explained what happened. They verified information and said someone would be out to deliver my drink, okay cool.... The store closes in 30 minutes and I gave not received my drink still. It may not seem like a big deal, but i placed a 60 order. So yeah i want my drink lol.
*UPDATE* Store closed no drink no follow up *UPDATE UPDATE* 3 days later still no drink, no call, no refund smh!! *UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE* it's been a week. No drink no call no refund. I'm just gonna chalk this up as a lost. Probably won't order sgain
Ordered an Italian Trio and when I got home noticed it was missing the banana peppers which was the only reason I ordered the trio.

Ordered online a Parmesan crust, Italian Papadia. This was absolutely the worst. I’ve ordered the same thing many times from other locations, but this particular location on Mercer is terrible. I mean, like the crust is dry. Where are my ingredients on the inside little to none. I get to the counter to pay for my order and I have to wait 3 to 4 minutes for the cashier to come from the back. Meanwhile, my food is getting cold. I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. This location 1510 Mercer University Dr. ruined it for me

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I placed an order at 9:10, and as of 10:17, I still haven't received it. When I called to inquire, the lady manager informed me that the order was picked up by DoorDash. Unfortunately, she was very rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Ordered twice from this location in a 2 week period. Both pickup orders, so no delivery involved. Both times the order took about 30-40 minutes in addition to the estimated time on UberEats. Also, both times the acting manager was a short white guy (a polite employee said his name is Mike) who is completely incompetent. Don’t expect customer service of any kind from Mike. He should be fired for using the restaurant lobby as a daycare for his 4 children (saw this last week when picking up my 1st order), but I understand that any employees (even terrible ones) are hard to keep these days. Regardless, I’ll never give this location another dime based on what I’ve seen from Mike. I suggest everyone steer clear until they find a manager who is able to act in a professional manner, bc Mike is one of the worst I’ve seen.
