The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did experience a slight issue with my order that I normally wud have given a 1 star for but earlier I was able to speak to the manager Clay at around 12pm and he was AWESOME AND AMAZING! He did his job and did it well. He correcting the situation and made me feel like he really cared and also that customers are valued and it was the best experience I’ve had with papa John’s and I really want to say thank u so very much for being so kind and I will continue buying my pizza from there especially knowing that there are still kind and efficient ppl in this world. If he didn’t care , his job was to make me feel like he did and if this was a test— he MORE THAN ACED IT! Ty papa John for hiring Him💛💛💛💛🧡🧡🧡❤️❤️❤️ !! Thank u Mr. Clay on Tom Hill (I hope I said it correctly lol)

love this location! People working are great and pizza is always fresh. They're quick to notice who will be a regular and will remember your face with your order and have it ready at the counter when they see you approach. They always have my sauces and drink or seasonings double checked before handed over to me as well. Highly recommend this location!

This is probably the best Papa John’s that I’ve Ordered from. The young lady who handled my order is amazing. I wish I could remember her name. Hopefully she sees this. You made a bad night so much better.However, there was an issue with their Door Dash driver. That’s the only thing I don’t like is having a DoorDash driver deliver my food. The DoorDash driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment. Even though I put in the proper information and told her what apartment I was in I even put it in the instructions she still delivered it to the wrong apartment. And then when the restaurant let her know of her colossal screw up she had the nerve to get angry that she had to come back and bring my food again after they remade it. It is well known that DoorDash drivers will steal your packages and steal your food. They will literally take anything and everything they can get. And you won’t get your money back. So next time I get Papa John’s I will go pick it up myself because again I don’t trust DoorDash to do anything. That is my only issue with this restaurant is that they Allowed DoorDash to deliver their pizza. Why would you not hire your own drivers?I don’t like DoorDash and I don’t trust DoorDash. I cannot stand that company. But this Papa John’s went above and beyond and I wish I could remember the young lady’s name that I spoke to but she was so amazing. Just absolutely excellent. Just stop using DoorDash.

We have a local school discount card. One topping large pizza for $7.99. When I ordered for carry out, I told the lady I would pay at the store because I had a discount card. When my son arrived to pick up the pizza and pay, he was told they do not accept the discount card. Not knowing what to do, he paid $15.99- $17.27 total- for the pizza. I would have left without the pizza and gone straight to Domino’s. Will not go back.

Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted with a smile. We pre-ordered so our transaction was quick. However it was memorable. The atmosphere gave you the assurance that the employees really enjoyed their occupations and the setting was very clean showing they took pride in working there. Other pizza establishments should take note.
