Red headed manager and girl that works at kroger purposefully disregarded my DoorDash order. They pulled my two side items to the back of the oven to service their family and 7 other customer before me. I waited 25 minutes over deliver time. I love pappa John's near mercer university!

This Papa John's pizza location near Macon Georgia is actually a great place to go to for pizza and other things. They are quick and friendly, and they make delicious food. I have ordered carryout from them several times and I never had an issue. I like the Papa dough points you can get to get free pizza as well. Their online tracker glitches occasionally, but other than that it's wonderful.
Parking: It's a parking lot of the shopping center.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily access the restaurant via wheelchair.

Ordered online tracker said it was ready. Once arrived hard to help and then was told it wasn’t ready. After waiting almost an hour was informed she had to remake my 2 stuffed crust all the while my other pizza is getting cold. Asked for a refund and the whole time I was not offered anything for all the trouble.

After spending over $70.00 I asked for some room temp H2O for a bottle to feed my baby. I was even will to pay and was refused and told the staff can't even get water.
I started to get a refund and go somewhere else but it was late and didn't want to have waffle house.
After about 20 minutes I walked back inside and told them that I would like some water and they told me that that wasn't possible I go to the drink cooler and pull out a a bottle of water and ask them if they had some that was room temperature and they said no
To top it off the pepperoni pizzas that we had ordered add no pepperonis on them the cheese Styx were hard like they had been overcooked and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get our food
Kid-friendliness: The staff is very unwilling to let you feed your 3-month-old Child by refusing to give you water even though they sell water regardless if you are going to pay or not
