VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR MY PIZZA, AFTER ORDERING BY PHONE. THE GUY THAT WAS THERE HAD A SMART AND RUDE MOUTH AFTER I HAD TO GET THERE AND WAIT MUCH LONGER FOR MY FOOD. I THINK THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Great job today by the staff. I wish I got her name. But my app wasn't working and I wanted to use a special in the app. I had to walk in and order like a cave man. But she rang up the order for the app special price without any problem. Great service, pizza is good too.

I guess the times on their website is a lie. I've been waiting well over an hr for my pizza and the tracker only half works. Most likely will never use Papa John's again.

I called to order my pizza and the lady told me 30 min. An hour later I get a text from Greg from Door dash letting me know he has my pizza but has to make a stop before so it's going to be 30 more min. I call papa johns to see what is going on and Sara answers. Apparently the initial lady was all the way in north carolina. I ask sara why my pizza isn't here and why is Greg from Doordash delivering me a cold pizza. She explained to me this is how they operate and that she is the manager and cannot explain anything else. Apparently the regional manager won't allow customers to speak to them so Sara is the go to. I am so beyond annoyed . I'll order elsewhere moving forward.
