This is the second time I had an issue with an order from Forsyth location. One time they left my food outside with no knock on the door call or anything and it was night. I found the food outside with critters on the box. I called customer service and nothing was ever done about the problem so I had paid for pizza that wasn’t even eatable. This time I ordered and the delivery location is less than 5 minutes from the store. However, it took the driver 15 -20 minutes to arrive my food looked scattered, was cold and the top of the box had sauce on it like the pizza was swinging everywhere in the box or was dropped. I am so disappointed! I even called the store to report the issue and no one answered the phone.

Horrible delivery... Showed up in a shower cap and glued to her phone... Never spoke one word... Talked to her but she stayed on her phone the entire time... Why did I tip25% before delivery??? I will now continue to order from Tom HillAnd she could have cared less about

Ordered three Pizzas 30 mins in advance.to pick up. I paid when I arrived and then they realized they had not started the order. I waited 25 mins for food. Nobody apologized. The employees could not care less. If I ever go back to this store, it will be because I took a wrong turn. Awful service.

I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 cheesy breads for a group of kids that are spending the night. An hour later a guy shows up with 1 pizza with someone else’s name on it. I told him that’s not mine and he said he would go back and get it. Never came back. Now it’s 11:00 and I have a house full of hungry kids. I called the store and they said that they had door dash deliver it so not their problem. Really? I didn’t order it through door dash. I used the papa John’s app. Ended up just asking for a refund. Worst experience ever.

I was told by the cashier that this location does not take discover cards because discover gives customers 5% cash back on purchases. I guess Papa John's store owners make their own rules now. I won't be going back..

Our order was quick and correct, even down to the extra sauce. Great fast pizza.
First time trying this Papa John's location. Pictures are the extra large new york style pepperoni on sale for $14 carry out. Ate 4 pieces and plenty left. It's a slightly thinner crust than hand tossed. I enjoyed it and will order again!
Parking: Plenty of parking since its in the Kroger shopping lot.

Pizza was good not great was slightly undercooked and a little heavy on the olives I understand this is a new location and new locations will have there hiccups so I will give it another shot in the future but compared to the dominos next door as of right now I will have to go with dominos. Hoping my next experience will prove me wrong.
