I recently visited Papa John's and had some serious concerns about my experience. First and foremost, it was frustrating to find that there was no visible menu in the store. Instead, customers are expected to scan a barcode with their phones to see what’s available, which is not ideal. On top of that, I noticed the staff were handling food without gloves or appropriate PPE. When I asked about this, one employee mentioned that it’s too hot to wear gloves while working. While I understand the challenges of working in a hot environment, I believe that proper hygiene practices, like wearing gloves while handling toppings, are essential for food safety. I hope they can address these issues to improve the customer experience.

This place “delivered” a half eaten pizza to a person I know and the manager would not refund him. This person is a reputable, upstanding local business owner. This is the WORST customer service I have ever heard of. Papa John’s should fire said manager.

The staff here are very energetic professional and friendly! I noticed they have new people and the atmosphere is just overall better than it was a year ago. I have it a second chance and I have to say it was well worth it. Pizza was cooked well and delicious. Thank you!

I should have read the reviews before ordering . No wonder I received horrible service.
I can’t rate the food because I didn’t eat any of it, but the things I saw when picking up the order was horrendous. Firstly, the dough sitting up on the front counter. A customer could easily reach over and touch it, cough on it, anything. Secondly, there was a young lady in the back in eyes view making someone’s pizza. She had NO gloves on. She reached in the cheese, sprinkled it on the pizza, and repeat the cycle. She did wash her hands after placing it into the oven, but who knows what was under her nails or if she had a cut on her hand or anything. I have never eaten at this location, & never will.

This is my first time here the guy that took my order was very unprofessional didn't speak I started to just cancel the order but co workers wanted some papa john pizza I didn't eat any of it bc his attitude was too nasty for me

Ordered a pizza last night around 9:30pm mind you the restaurant closed around 11pm and the way my pizza was rushed and uncooked literally didn’t have a bottom/front to it pizza just falling all apart and pulling it out the refrigerator this evening just proved exactly that wouldn’t recommend this place to feed a dog
