Ordered three Pizzas 30 mins in advance.to pick up. I paid when I arrived and then they realized they had not started the order. I waited 25 mins for food. Nobody apologized. The employees could not care less. If I ever go back to this store, it will be because I took a wrong turn. Awful service.

I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 cheesy breads for a group of kids that are spending the night. An hour later a guy shows up with 1 pizza with someone else’s name on it. I told him that’s not mine and he said he would go back and get it. Never came back. Now it’s 11:00 and I have a house full of hungry kids. I called the store and they said that they had door dash deliver it so not their problem. Really? I didn’t order it through door dash. I used the papa John’s app. Ended up just asking for a refund. Worst experience ever.

I was told by the cashier that this location does not take discover cards because discover gives customers 5% cash back on purchases. I guess Papa John's store owners make their own rules now. I won't be going back..

First time trying this Papa John's location. Pictures are the extra large new york style pepperoni on sale for $14 carry out. Ate 4 pieces and plenty left. It's a slightly thinner crust than hand tossed. I enjoyed it and will order again!Parking: Plenty of parking since its in the Kroger shopping lot.

Barely any ingredients on the pizza… only a small amount of meat… CHECK YOUR PIZZA
Pizza was good not great was slightly undercooked and a little heavy on the olives I understand this is a new location and new locations will have there hiccups so I will give it another shot in the future but compared to the dominos next door as of right now I will have to go with dominos. Hoping my next experience will prove me wrong.

Pizza,wings and bread sticks were cold (no warmth anywhere) and I was promised a refund. when I called an hour after I ordered I was told the pizza left 5 minutes before. Then the pizza was delivered almost 30 minutes later. I’ve ordered from this location before multiple times and it’s always been delivered very hot. I’ve never received pizza/food like that before. The person I spoke with both times was not very cordial she said I’ll have a refund within 3-5 minutes. I explained that the tracker had the delivery person on a different side of town… So is the tracker wrong? Whatever the case I want a refund plus my 10$ in Papa Money returned….

Love their Pizza! John (works the register) took my order and was very pleasant and friendly. The delivery guy Nelson was also pleasant and prompt with my pizza! I have been ordering from them a long long time!
