I originally posted a brief review in 2018.Pho Saigon was my/our first experience to pho and Vietnamese cuisine and I am very glad it was. This became our baseline for everything else. The pho is soul warming and is great for all that ails you. The rice bowls are delicious. Be warned that the spicy pho is SPICY (Not fault of theirs)! A bit more than I could handle in one sitting but I made great leftovers with rice and yogurt. Highly recommend to all in the area or just passing thtough.

I definitely had to do a review for this restaurant. The BROTH is very flavorful! I have never had such seasoned broth in Pho. The service was great and the people were very kind. I will return for sure.

I don’t believe this huge restaurant can’t hire good chef. Food was so bland, not much flavor and taste. Banh mi too crispy and meat was dry. The Bun Bo Hue noodle is small type and it’s soggy over cooked, no flavor. The Pho is so bland that I have to dump ton of sauce to boost the flavor. If this place get 5 stars is totally a joke, not for real

I think it’s because I’m young and black but they took about 30 minutes just to take my order and another hour to bring it to me. I would have left but I don’t have gas to waste so I waited, sat and watched them take care of everybody else first. I literally was the last one.and when he brung my food he brung it to me to go with everything being cold he said I’d have to reheat. So if your black it’ll frustrate you to see racism is still alive. And I don’t think it’s solely based on me being black , I think it’s a combination of me being young and black. I could cry because why do i have to experience this everywhere and why is people comfortable with witnessing it, I’d be happy if a white woman or man stood up for me or any young black person.

I did not like it I got the beef broth and it tasted like straight cinnamon i don't know if they did it on purpose or whatever it was disgusting ? and I asked for a fully cooked egg and still got an sunny side up egg . My rate for that is a 1

Always the best for many years. The owners are sweet and the space is very cozy for a gigantic pho meal. Although, after I try a new dish here it’s hard to go back to the last. Easy to become obsessed with the one until randomly going with another, then repeat. If you don’t want pho randomly on a Tuesday in June they got amazing vermicelli dishes. This place will always be a core memory. Can’t live in Macon respectfully without visiting this plaza.

Good food, good service, fair prices and large portions, clean and welcoming location and I recommend it overall. One of the things I really like is their large selection of vegan/vegetarian options. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that they did not include lime and basil for the soup and instead provided lemon and some kind of bland leafy vegetable that tasted like lettuce. That was a bit odd and we'll see what they give me next time. I had one of the vegetarian soups (#54) and there were plenty of great sauces on the table for adding heat and saltiness and sweetness. It was very satisfying and I would order it again. Looking forward to trying their vegetarian banh mi.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section of the menu with a good selection of items from soup to banh mi.

Oh, God what a wonderful place. The food is very fresh and tasty. I went yesterday for the first time and I was nearly upset with myself for not going there sooner. The staff is very nice with a descent atmosphere. I will most definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Not only is it a large vegetarian option but it's also fresh and tasty

I have been looking for a good Pho restaurant. Looks like I found it today. I had the shrimp spring rolls and a large bowl of brisket Pho. All were tasty, fresh and nicely presented.I would recommend giving Pho Saigon a try.
